Egri Korona Borház és Wellness Hotel

This place is an absolute shamble. It was the most unwelcome reception I ever been,when we arrived from England. Lots of stairs to get around the bungalows and nobody to helped us with our luggages,tought the management had no clue we were coming with a pilates group for 3 nights. Everywhere wasps was so scary in the first place,never mind the outdoor lights and the aircondititioners were not working,also the safe were broken so we felt so unsecure and very stressed on the first night. The promised gym area which where we wanted to exercise was so dirty,eqiupments were all around,light were not working again,and very dusty, messy specialy at the entrance of gym in the Welness house. Me myself had to clean,organise the staff to hoover up, and do the managers job,and when I finally complained to him he was swearing to me and using the f world,humilated me as I never was in my life before. If he wont have such a hard working staff around him he would be already closing this place. Im not writting what was the positive experience which we had just because he wasn't intersted when I was trying to tell him. Horrible leadership and awful managment with the worst attitude and customer servise is just as zero as his perso himself like. Never mind the roof was broken also leaked and we been hit a massive rainfall right in one of us bed. I wish I wouldn't payed and walked out if this place.
