Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable house "Villa Tatiana". In the resort 3 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: orchard, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Arbour, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 2.3 km, grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 2.5 km, bar 900 m, sandy beach 2 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. "Villa Tatiana", 3-room house 112 m2. Spacious and bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). With Dressing room. The outdoor space is perfect with the swimming pool, table with parasol, parking for at least 2 vehicles inside, and a beautiful olive tree to be able to get in the shade on the deckchairs. The interior is modern, with a large air-conditioned living room,

Die Villa Tatiana hat alles was mach braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und laden zum wohlfühlen ein. Normal müsste man 5 Sterne vergeben, doch ich würde nur 4 geben, denn das ein oder andere
