The cottage has 3 bedroom, 1 bath, can sleep from 2-6, open kitchen and living and dinning area. Dinning table for 6, living room seating for 6-8. Outside shower and deck. Newly furnished and decorated. Great quiet neighborhood, away from traffic. Sea street beaches just down the street. Cottage is located close to bike trails, both rentals, dinning, shopping, movie theater, antiques stores and more. Clean, comfortable, lovely cottage with all amenities you will need. Location is exceptional with beautiful view of pond with swans, ducks and geese. In all, it is a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay.

Swan Pond Beauty Wow! The property is fabulous with great views of the pond extremely peaceful. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife and Just enjoying the peace and quiet. The cottage was more spacious than we thought with three bedrooms and two bathrooms it was very accommodating.there are kayaks to use and the grill area was nice. Excellent location close to shopping food and the beach. We went to Red River beach in Harwich 20 dollars for the day it was a beautiful beach.We would definitely stay again,Bob was a wonderful host and answered all are questions promptly.If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay this is the one.

Spectacular Stay This house is just wonderful. It is updated, clean, and offers everything. The views are spectacular with lots of outdoor seating. If you want to be indoors, you have the views from almost every room in the house. We kayaked all the way to the ocean! Easy ride to many beaches and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Property My wife and my Yorkie, and I loved our stay. This is a beautiful home with the best views of Swan Pond. The entire back of the home has floor to ceiling windows so you can see the pond from the living area and the bedroom. We are looking forward to next year’s stay! Thank you,

Cape Cod lake cottage We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The cottage was beautiful, super clean, very tastefully decorated and a beautiful location. The host was always available and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily return.

Peace and relaxation I have never been to a rental property where the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The view out of the bedroom and the living room was awesome. It is on Swan Pond and it’s true to its name because we saw 2 swans with their three babies. It was like a fairytale.

Excellent The view of Swan Pond is gorgeous. We survived Hurricane Lee with small impact. Sunny 9 days out of the 10 Swimming at West Dennis beach kayaking in Swan Pond, canoeing, fishing, dining at Clancy’s, lighting the fire pit at night for s,mores and toasting marshmallows. Grill could be improved on one side and a lighting issue. Cottage clean and beautiful. Description should be updated.
