The homes positioning on the street provides beautiful natural lighting from the crack of dawn until the sun sets. The house was purchased in October and since then everything has been renovated. The renovations include a beautiful outdoor patio perfect for grilling and entertaining guests, an outdoor shower, bathroom, kitchen, living room, both bedrooms, and the sun-room which is the perfect place to wind down with a cocktail after a day on the beach. The proximity could not be more ideal - 5 minute walk to the beach, Sundae School, the Ocean House, the Pelham House, the Wee Packet, Bandera's Market, Wooden Shoe, Woolfies Bakery, and many other local establishments. The house sleep 4 comfortably with an additional pull-out mattress in the living room if needed for a 5th guest. The house has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds - perfect for the kids.
