Nice location, on the sea front, it is nearer to San Bartolommeo than Centre of Diano Marina. Positives - nice room, side sea view, lovely shower, room very clean. Pools very good, especially the jacuzzi’s. Negatives - for me not a 4* hotel in terms of service and some facilities. Arrived around 21.00 hours, difficult to know where to park, no sign to say where reception is. No porter service to help with luggage. Check-in was very rushed, there was no warm welcome, I expect receptionist wanted to go home. No information provided whatsoever, re breakfast, use of facilities. Arrived too late for dinner, had to ask where we could eat, not given clear directions where to go. No greeting received from staff on arrival for breakfast or taken to a table . Breakfast is ok, not a huge selection, service is slow when ordering hot drinks, you have to get waiters attention, tables not cleared quickly. Food items not replenished Quickly. On 1 occasion there were no bread rolls. Staff are not overly friendly or helpful, look miserable, apart from the lady who makes the pancakes. There is no comfortable indoor seating area, the reception area and lounge looks messy. There is no poolside service provided, most hotels now you can order drinks and food from your sunbed. On checking out, again, there was no warm goodbye, thank you for coming, how was your stay etc. This is very much a hotel catering for Italians, not many staff speak or understand English. The only good thing about this hotel is the pool area and location.

this is one of the best hotels in Diano Marina. Everybody cares well for the costumer. the kitchen is fantastic, nice Swimmingpools and wellness center. If you are here you will enjoy. The hotel is one that is directly at the see. No street between the hotel and the see.

Very good location, great treatment and professional attention to our needs. Very good restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception, at the rooms, at the restaurant and on the beach, It has ben a very relaxing holiday.

The service was excellent & staff were friendly & approachable With covid this was our first weekend away We decided to go half board, with Breakfast & Main meal in the evening. It was good to see that some of the staff spoke very good English, French as well as German. They ensured that we had our vaccination certificates & that there was hand sanitiser freely available throughout the building. For those can't live without WIFI the speed was excellent. There are 2 Tesla charging ports in the basement which is great, so if you went out for the day you could charge your car overnight, the lifts go from the basement too The hotel & amenities were clean & the hotel room and hotel was spacious with a modern feel Spa facilities were great too. The hotel is literally on the beach itself, some work was being carried out whilst we were there but it will be great once finished, with the overlay of more sand. Although overall the food was of good value there really is an opportunity to do so much more , less choice maybe but increase the quality. It was really hit & miss, come away from the tourist stuff, show the local delights of your region more & show it off to the max. This would be the icing on the cake.

Decisamente non all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle, ma, soprattutto, non all’altezza della tariffa, nè per la struttura, che non è proprio come in foto, nè per l’attenzione al benessere del cliente da parte del personale. La camera è arredata in maniera estremamente essenziale, con mobili vecchi ed usurati e con finestre vecchie con maniglie cadenti. Il bagno è ricavato in un angolo della stanza, diviso dal letto da lastre di vetro che non danno la possibilità di avere un minimo di privacy con la persona con cui si condivide la stanza; il bidet è incastrato in un angolo e molto scomodo da usare; kit bagno ridotto all’osso. Inoltre, ogni mattina siamo stati svegliati alle ore 7 circa da rumori vari, tra cui voci e altri simili alle sedie trascinate. In più, nonostante avessimo fatto notare il disagio sia durante il soggiorno che al momento del check out, il personale non si è nemmeno sprecato a dirci che era dispiaciuto. Le piscine esterne sono carine ed è comodo avere la spiaggia privata, ma decisamente ciò non è sufficiente per far riposare in pace i propri ospiti.

Abbiamo pernottato per due notti in questo hotel, siamo andati via abbastanza delusi. Iniziamo dai (pochi) punti positivi, le piscine sono belle e funzionali e la struttura è pulita, soprattutto le camere. Per il resto arriviamo la sera di un venerdì, avendo preliminarmente inviato una mail per prenotare la cena. Ci propongono un menu del giorno che non ci piaceva, ma fortunatamente c'era ancora qualcosa disponibile à la carte (stiamo parlando delle 20,30 di un venerdì). Gli orari sono incomprensibili, il bar sulla spiaggia chiude (ufficialmente) alle 23,00. Noi di sabato alle 22.50 non siamo riusciti a bere perchè stavano già chiudendo. Tornando alla cena, la scelta è veramente risicata, noi comunque optiamo per due crudi di pesce (porzioni abbastanza abbondanti, abbiamo mangiato in 2 + 1 bimbo) e tre tagliolini ai gamberi. Si potrebbe fare di più sulla carte dei vini. Il servizio è abbastanza approssimativo, si vede che hanno problemi nel reperimento delle maestranze, ma gentile. Il prezzo spropositato, abbiamo pagato oltre 200 € in 3! la stanza è abbastanza piccola ma pulita, piccolo ma funzionale anche il balconcino. Quello che lascia perplessi è il bagno, è stato ricavato con una soluzione di fortuna con un gioco di vetro e specchi. Veramente poco funzionale, senza una finestra e un sistema di ricambio di aria. Luminoso solo grazie al vetro. La colazione è veramente terribile, poca scelta e (a parte gli yogurt) veramente di scarsa qualità, particolarmente per formaggi e salumi, ma anche la pasticceria. Gli orari sono dalle 7,30 alle 10,00 e noi il primo giorno arrivando alle 9,30 abbiamo trovato veramente poco. è stato difficile anche trovare piatti, bicchieri ecc... Alla fine in 3 per due notti e una cena abbiamo speso quasi 900€, veramente troppo per la qualità della struttura.

Provato solo per cena e rimasti soddisfatti anche per la vista mare totale della sala ristorante. Piatti buoni e ben preparati, carta dei vini discreta. personale cortese e professionale. Consiglio solo di aggiungere qualche scelta al menù, troppo risicato.
