This cottage is over 100 years old but don’t judge the book by its cover. Once you are inside, you’ll see a completely renovated, comfortable living space with plenty of charm and character.
You’ll have the place to yourself and everything on one level and easily accessible for moving impaired guests. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A well equipped, full stocked kitchen and all linens provided.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).No pets on the furniture or in the beds please..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.No suitable beds for infants provided.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 20.About events:No events allowed.

Cypress property
We had a wonderful time at this home. It was well appointed, with spectacular views of Dillon Beach. Our host Fay was extremely helpful, accommodating and quick to respond to our messages.

Amazing
We love this beach house and its location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Dillon Beach. This house is so comfortable and quiet. The surf was good both days and got some perfect waves. Thanks Fay for everything, its was an awesome trip. My Aussie "Billy had an amazing time as well at the beach playing frisbee and swimming in the break, super cool place to stay!

Great View
My husband enjoyed the view, and the beach was very close, we liked that. I did a lot of walks on the beach with my doggies which we both enjoyed. All the doggies on the beach were very friendly. We loved our little get away but wished the restaurant near there was open and that the store was better stocked. No ice cream ...really Thanks again Susan

Amazing Getaway!
This Dillon Beach house is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. The home has the most amazing view of Dillon Beach and the coast line. Point Reyes is easily visible from the living room. The kitchen is updated and the home is decorated beautifully. The owner was easy to communicate with and they have made all the personal touches to ensure a relaxing stay. We hope to come back again soon!!

Nice place
The house was very nice. The view was nice - you could see Dillon Beach and the sunset from the windows. We enjoyed our time there.

The perfect place to reset and rekindle
Exactly as described, and more. The view was spectacular, and so soothing, it took our pulse down automatically. We wondered if we should have selected a rental with a deck, but with morning/evening temperature drop (and sometimes fog) we would have remained inside anyway. Without a deck to block the view, it went on forever. Very clean unit, well maintained with all the amenities, extra well stocked kitchen, comfortable clean furniture in the living room to relax on, plenty to do in the area (or just do nothing), and did i mention the view!!! We will definitely be back
