Very disappointing experience. Amenities such as hot water in bathroom was not working at the time when we checked-in . The geyser has been turned on after repeated complaining at reception. Because of this, I asked to change my room at reception counter, the person at reception counter told me that there is some issue going on regarding hot water and I to adjust with it. Also, the faucet in the bathroom is leaking. There are creaks on basin pot as well as comode pot. The bottles of body wash and shampoo were empty. The cane chair located in balcony was not in good condition. In all, the maintenance of room is horrible. This kind of service is not expected in a five star hotel.
