The club is in a wonderful setting of around 120,000m2. It has a total of 315 tastefully decorated rooms comprising one main Hotel building and nine separate two independent floors' Bungalows, green palm trees, crystal blue sea and a wonderful broad, white fine sandy beach. This is the perfect environment for sun bathing, relaxing or for the numerous sports activities. For example the golf course “Golf Djerba” is only just 2km away.

Провела в отеле 28 дней, о чем очень пожалела. Надеялась на хорошее качество, учитывая высокую стоимость, но отель очень разочаровал. 1. Отель заполнен ливийскими семьями с шумными детьми. Европейцев почти нет. Находится в купальнике женщине у бассейна не комфортно. На выходных приезжают ливийцы, которые пьют алкоголь и дебоширят в своих номерах. Спать невозможно. Мало секьюрити на территории отеля 2. В отеле кондиционер работает по расписанию. Утром в 5 часов его отключают, хотя должен работать до 8. Я переохладилась и лечусь от гайморита после пребывания в этом отеле. Первый раз на Джербе вижу такое безобразие. Невозможно предположить такое в делюксовом отеле. 3. Слабая анимация. Ребята - аниматоры очень талантливы и дружелюбны. Однако шеф анимации, турок, не профессионально, не реагирует на просьбы клиентов. 4. Из положительного хочется отметить дружелюбный персонал отеля. Все сотрудники баров и ресторанов профессиональны. Очень приятно с ними общаться. Резюме - на Джербе огромное количество отелей и большинство из них лучше, особенно за такие деньги. Лучше выбрать Meridiana, Fiesta, Rym Beach, но точно не этот отель Еще

Были в этом отеле сразу после пандемии и открытия границы с Тунисом. Отель понравился : аквапарк, анимация , Пологий вход в море, ласковое море и питание. Питание было каждый день разное, меню не повторялось: пицца, мороженое, морепродукты, мясо, птица, суфле , выпечка, фрукты . Все имелось в неограниченных количествах. Повторюсь, это было после пандемии. Нас заселили в бунгало около бассейна. Иногда появлялись муравьи , но после уборки номера, пол обрабатывали средствами и все было ок. По пляжу курсируют верблюды и кони. Для детей это отдельная забава. Ещё периодически были медузы, но это тоже сезонное явление и нужно быть готовым к этому.

From the moment I arrived at the airport in DJerba I have been well looked after, as a single english lady i hoped my trip would go smoothly. TUI rep and taxi driver were waiting for me. On arrival at the hotel Hamza met me and showed me around the resort after we had eaten as it was after 8pm. My room was lovely with great views from my balcony over the gardens. Swimming pools I counted 7. Adult bathing area next to a pool plus an indoor pool and jacuzzi, i did not have to hunt for a sunbed, no towel run at 6 a.m such a calm start to the day. Beautiful sandy beach two minute walk through the resort with snack bar. Every day there is entertainment in the evening shows or dancing. Food to suit everyone's taste and so many desserts to choose from. I will definitely come again. November the weather has been amazing , thankyou to everyone that has made my trip the best i could hope for..

We had a fabulous time in this hotel all the staff were brilliant. The entertainment staff we very attentive and we never had a dull moment from boules with the eldorador coach haider thx for every think (he cheets) lol and darts with Willie. To night-time entertainment with akona mattata Hannah and Stan the dancers. We will most definitely be back. Xxx

A nice big hotel lovely beach with amazing whaite sand Multiple pools suitable for all ages The staff was ok The food with good variation but not very tasty The kids earias are amazing and the kids club was 10/10 a big thank you for Nida ! Had a good time maybe will visit back some day.

complete satisfaction with both the service and the accommodation. however, I was most satisfied with the waiter named Abdenaceur ben o - a very pleasant gentleman. both the hotel and the surroundings are beautiful. with a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you

We had an amazing week at TUI Magic Life Penelope in Djerba! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the warm welcome to the excellent service that made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to Rabeb from Reception, who was always happy to assist with all our requests and was always very welcoming. Huge thanks to Meryem (Tennis Coach) for her super friendly attitude and excellent coaching during our training sessions. The kids had a fantastic time with Wided from the Kids Club—she’s so sweet with the children, and her constant smile shows just how much she loves what she does. We’ll cherish these memories and look forward to visiting again very soon!

Variant food but the same everyday! No initiative to make a newer dishes. Only 10% of the staff is welcoming. For the 90% No smile no good manner ... Hotel workers are taking their breaks on the same area as customers! Dishes are gathered while you still eating...

We where here on 19/06 and it was an amazing ecperience! Verry good service (they made a love table just for us where do you get that !! The food was incrdable i had the lamb and it was something i never tasted before so tender and tastefull i want to take the cook withbme home thank you verry mutch aloui and sami we come back for another cullinair adventure
