I had a very disappointing experience at Al Mansour Plaza Hotel, Qatar. The receptionist, Mohammed, was unprofessional—he addressed guests as “boss”, did not wear a name tag, took a long time for check-in, and did not follow proper check-in/out procedures. There was no warm greeting, and overall, the service felt disorganized. Additionally, there was no manager or supervisor available to address concerns. The business center was restricted to staff only, which is highly unusual, and when I tried to print a document, the receptionist spoke to me rudely, saying guests were not allowed to use it. Moreover, room service was not available 24/7, which is inconvenient for guests. A hotel should ensure basic hospitality services are met, but this hotel failed in multiple areas. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professional service and a comfortable stay. There are much better options in Qatar.
