Natural Park Villa Resort

Our stay at Natural Park Villa Resort in Zanzibar was truly unforgettable. The resort is beautifully designed, blending comfort with the natural charm of the island. Surrounded by lush greenery, it feels like a peaceful retreat away from the busy tourist spots, perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and privacy. The villas are spacious, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated, offering both modern amenities and an authentic island atmosphere. I especially appreciated the private terraces with swimmingpool, where we could enjoy the ocean breeze and stunning views. The staff deserve special recognition – they were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome from the very first moment. The food was another highlight. Fresh seafood, local flavors, and a variety of dishes made every meal enjoyable. Can't wait to come back again!!!

I had high expectations for this hotel, especially considering the price, which was even higher than many well-known hotel chains. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the cost. The on-site restaurant is managed by a third party and lacks professionalism. Despite there being only 16 villas and fewer than 5 tables occupied at breakfast, we waited over an hour for a simple American breakfast. Additionally, you’re required to pay immediately for every meal or drink—no option to charge to your room, which was inconvenient. Our villa was not cleaned for two days, and despite booking nearly six months in advance, we were placed in a villa where the private pool was entirely in the shade—no sun at all. To make matters worse, the villa alarm went off twice around midnight, making it difficult to sleep. Although the staff acknowledged these issues, no compensation was offered. The only gesture was a complimentary taxi to the airport, which we had already paid for ourselves. The one positive aspect was the group chat created for guest communication—it helped somewhat with responsiveness, though it didn’t make up for the overall inefficiency. In summary, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. It simply does not offer value for the price.

A collection of thatched villas set in beachside gardens with private pools and potentially an extremely good venue, with charming and efficient staff and pleasing all day/ evening food offering..There is an excellent beach front massage offering and in-villa movie availability and a variety of tours on hand. However, there are things to put right including cleaning the general use pools, installing a desalination unit, (washing daily in salt water is not pleasant), and renovating the woodwork on the villas. The immediate beach is a rock and seaweed assault course to clearer waters and the access road is an enduro course for your taxi. However, we enjoyed our stay and thoroughly endorse the efforts of the excellent staff.

This place is heaven! From the moment we arrived the place welcomed us in every way. The staff is going out of their way to made our time as pleasant as it possibly could be. We came for our wedding anniversary and it was just wonderful. The resort is quiet, a little paradise for couple and families alike. We want to mention specially Franklin, Saida, Baraka, the kitchen crew - seafood magic, the ladies from the massage tent and the entire service team. A BIG THANK YOU AND WE WILL COME BACK.

perfect place, exactly as in the pictures. The finest powdery sand, the villa even bigger than expected, really delicious food. We had a villa in first Row and would do again; the sunrise in the upper Terrace Was outstanding. The easy contract with staff on whatsapp before arriving and during the Stay was wonderful. It is very quiet so if you prefer a lot off evening fuzz this is not the place. We took a taxi to Paje twice and that Was enough. Took trips from the Beach. we had the best holiday In Paradise

Lovely big spacious two-storey apartments and private pool and balcony. Owner Mara is so friendly and helpful which makes you feel valued and welcome. The resort is huge for the number of people staying there which means the main three pools are not crowded and there are plenty of sun beds to choose from. The restaurant serves up really good quality food and the staff are so friendly and cheerful. This was really important as the resort is quite isolated about 15 min drive from nearest town so there are very few alternatives to walk to for eating. Just make sure to take as much cash as you can as otherwise you will have to make frequent trips to the ATM which is a 20 dollar return taxi ride. There is no ability to pay with card at the restaurant. Also, best to pay in schillings as you get a bad exchange rate for paying in dollars (this needs looking at as in north of the island dollar to schilling rate is fair when paying in dollars i.e 2,700 schillings to the dollar as opposed to 2,500. The only other feedback I would give is that the balconies could do with having some shelter from the sun. If you are staying the paje area though - I highly recommend this place as although isolated, paje itself is not very nice.
