Housed in a historic farmhouse that has been renovated with modern amenities, the Farmhouse has been very carefully designed to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable stay. The space We are within walking distance to downtown Dover (5 min) but just far enough that you will have a quiet and peaceful stay. We are also a 10 min drive to both Portsmouth and UNH. The condo is one side of a duplex in a residential neighborhood. There are NO parties allowed since it is a shared space. For every additional guest who stays at the condo (in addition to the number of guests on the reservation), there is a $100 per guest fee. We have a front porch with chairs as well as a backyard with grill and dining table for your entertainment. The outdoor space is shared with the other half of the duplex. Pets are allowed for an additional $200 pet fee as we deep clean after each pet stays with us. All bedrooms are upstairs which require stairs. We do have cameras outside for insurance and security purposes. The condo has 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit as well as additional free street parking as needed.
