A tv and dvd player with a few dvd’s and board games to enjoy on rainy days. Back outside on the open deck area you will find a bbq grill set up for propane or charcoal. Outdoor furniture with propane fire pit and a 5 person hot tub. Maximum occupancy is 6 person Extra guest fee does not apply to children under the age of 18. The majority of the gravel access road is a township road that can be rugged. We recommend a vehicle with medium to high ground clearance. During the winter of the area experiences ice or heavy snowfall, the road maybe difficult to keep cleared and not well suited for 2wd vehicles. As a result during the winter months we recommend the guest have 4wd or AWD. We require a short term rental agreement to be signed and a deposit required at check in.
