Your gated luxury farmhouse awaits on a gorgeous 3 acre land with gated entrance. This unique Texas-style "barndominum" inspired home was built brand-new in 2017. The full wraparound covered deck gives you an ultimate outdoor experience to relax and either sip on your morning coffee or fire up the BBQ grill. Did we mention that 10s of deers and baby deers just walk and run around the backyard!! Home is also equipped with 82" TV w/ Netflix as well as ergonomic standing desk w/ keyboard/mouse. Conveniently located near plenty of things to do: Bell Springs Winery / Brewery - 10 mins Dripping Springs Distilling - 10 mins Thyme & Dough - 10 mins Hill County Olive Co - 15 mins 12 Fox Beer - 15 mins Wimberley Square - 25 mins Hamilton Pool - 25 mins Jacobs Well - 25 mins Guest will have access to the entire house and the private 3 acre land. Garage and a few closets in the laundry room will not be accessible. Complimentary Washer / Dryer available for use. Outdoor camera: Please note there are two active outdoor camera. 1) above the garage, 2) doorbell camera. The property was very well kept, relaxing and great layout with open concept. Fabulous kitchen. The only complaint would be it got really hot at night when everyone went to bed because the temperature was to set to go up automatically. This would have been unbearable later in the summer. Overall, we loved the place.

Dripping Springs Vrbo This home was beautiful and very close to the center of town. My siblings and I stayed here for a wedding and loved it! The host, Akash was great and very attentive. If I ever return to Dripping Springs, I'll be staying here again!

Beautiful property in ideal location My family of four really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The best part about the property for us was the location. We wanted the 'ranch' feel - but also conveniences and restaurants in close proximity. We got exactly that - the view from the back porch is amazing and the kids 'explored' the property. We were 5-10 minutes from the main area of Dripping Springs with HEB, restaurants and several breweries and wineries. Bell Springs Winery is just a couple miles away as well as Dripping Springs Distillery. Overall, I would absolutely rent this home again for both the convenience and beauty of Dripping Springs. Akash was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with as well. Thank you for a great family weekend!

Hill Country Oasis This property is spectacular! Close to all the wedding venues, wineries, breweries, distilleries, etc...but in a peaceful and secluded space with amazing views. The house is clean and comfortable with several seating areas both inside and out. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings and families of deer, right off the back porch, in the mornings. Highly recommended.
