We really enjoyed our stay at the Skylon. Very nice hotel and staff are very friendly. The bartender was amazing.

Room was freezing, staff seemed more interested in their own conversations. I sat in lobby for 3 hours and not once did any staff member approach me and ask if I wanted anything.

My first visit to Skylon. Very impressed from start to finish. Clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff, polite and professional. I received a free upgrade and the new room was comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is about a 20-mins bus ride (line #16) to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Found front desk quite unfriendly from the staff of older ladies. I mentioned room upgrade but response was you have a very nice king bed, smallest room out of all rooms in hotel, hotel was not busy. The internet did not work due to a http vs https problem. Was told that other guests have had this problem and can be fixed easily, but that the staff member, who knows how to fix it was not working today. Maybe if this is a ongoing problem for guests, then maybe the fix should be written down somewhere for hotel guests. Missed a day of work due to the internet problem, which my boss was not impressed with.

Sound proofing in room terrible- I could hear everything- and I mean everything!!! in both rooms either side of me. Was trying to work and needed peace and quiet

The service was very positive. They helped us with understanding the transportation system which was very easy to navigate. Very clean and extremely nice.

Staff was lovely and helpful. Was conveniently located next to public transit as well as eateries and grocery stores.
