The check-in was easy and fast. We mentioned that one person was lacto and gluten intolerant, and we needed lacto free and gluten-free products. I had mentioned this when doing tge booking too. The first morning we had to leave early and staff kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us. One of the sandwiches was gluten free but it had cheese inside (same than the other sandwiches); all the yogurts contained milk.
The breakfast on the second day was good. Gluten free bread and oat milk available. The service was very good. Staff friendly and attentive. Several coffees were offered. Unfortunately the service during our last breakfast in the hotel was disappointed and lacked the professionalism from the previous day. We had to wait over half an hour to get a coffee, we asked several times and when we got one, i had half a cup, very weak/watery coffee and my sister had half, the waitress/supervisor came back to fill my sister's cup but not mine. She said they did not have oat milk and it was Sunday, so they couldn't buy any more. I found it unacceptable that non-dairy alternatives are not available wbe you have informed the hotel and they know how long you are going to stay there for. We were not offered a second coffee, so i approached the same waitress and ask her if i could have one. She said she had gone back earlier to fill my cup (I'm sure she was thinking about my sister's). Is it too much to ask for a second (or first full and hot one in my case) cup of coffee???
