На мой взгляд, в этом отеле есть все, что нужно для приятного отдыха. Вежливый персонал и прекрасный вид. Единственное, что вы должны знать, это то, что у вас много лестниц, но это объясняется на домашней странице отеля.

Небольшой отель с хорошим обслуживанием и прекрасным видом на стойку регистрации. Может быть немного сложно для пожилых людей и людей с тяжелым багажом, так как вам нужно подняться по 57 ступеням, чтобы добраться до отеля с нуля.

Amazing view of the beach from the hotel. The hotel was basically right along the beach walkway, good breakfast and friendly staff. Quite a walk up the narrow stairs to get to the hotel, which could be cumbersome for some elderly people. Only complaint is that the room smelt heavily of cleaning detergent that it was almost off putting.

Everything was great - fabulous location and breakfast, the staff was super pleasant and we had great views - the only thing I would change is the bed was a little hard - I know some people like that but was too hard for me! Also - I’ve seen this comment before but you have to be able to walk up several flights of stairs with your luggage and you cannot Uber or taxi directly to the hotel - it’s about a 5 minute walk + the stairs from the nearest drop off. Absolutely worth it for the view and location but just a heads up if that’s a no for you or if you need wheelchair access! In the photos are a view from the hotel balcony for breakfast and the hotel from the other side of the beach! Gorgeous!

The view from the terrace was beautiful, which was a nice treat after the slight climb to get up to the hotel. The rooms are serviceable but make sure you get a room with a sea view or else it’s going to feel like you’re in a basement with the lack of light. The service was what made this hotel for us. They were quick to help us with any questions/request and when we mentioned we were checking out early the next day, they packed us sandwiches to pick up the next morning. Although there could be slight improvements to the quality of the rooms, the service is what sold us on this place.

Great hotel. Good location, beautiful views (from the sea view rooms) and reasonably priced in comparison to nearby hotels. Service was excellent with all three staff we met on reception being polite and helpful - they were more than happy to watch our bags while we went to the beach for a couple of hours before our flight. Breakfast was basic but plenty of variety to fill you up for the day and you can sit out on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea to enjoy it. Rooms are again fairly basic but with a small balcony, and plenty big and clean enough. A brilliant stay at Art Hotel, a great find!

Very lovely little hotel. Breakfast was excellent, so were the view from balcony and terrace. Hotel is in good place on Lapad promenade. Room and hotel itself was so clean and fresh. Also service was excellent! Highly recommend to book room there if staying in Lapad. It was also easy to move to old town from there.

It's lovely hotel. Rooms very clean and breakfest very rich. I really liked burek and homemade cakes. Every morning was different breakfest. Receptionists very helpful and all staff members always smiling and willing to go far and beyond for everything what you ask. I felt like home and atmosphere of the hotel is very like "family" and casual. Thumbs up for everything and I highly recommend this hotel.

Art Hotel is a new, very clean, quiet, small hotel offering bed and breakfast. Rooms are spacious and A/C is good. They also have a bar. Views of the bay from patio and bedroom balcony. The place is run by women who can't do enough to help with whatever you want. Bit of a shock arriving at the top of about 150 steps down to the rear door of the hotel and equally if you are dropped down nearer the bay it's still 50 steps up to the front of the hotel. Be prepared for lots of steps in Dubrovnik or read carefully where your accommodation is located. Wande, Klara and all the other ladies are lovely, so helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing, if you like black breakfast tea, suggest taking your own but the coffee is really good.

Could not say enough about this wonderful hotel and the people there. Ivana, Klara and Wanda could not have been nicer or more helpful. We have stayed in many places all over the world and our experience rates with the best of them. We stayed with our 8 year old teins for 10 nights and we had 2 very sad children coming home. The views are magnificent and the breakfast would fill you for the day! There are a lot of steps so this hotel is not for someone immobile but if you are happy to walk (my wife was on crutches and had no problem) its worth it! Cannot wait to return 👍

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were larger than expected and very clean. AC very good considering we visited in the peak of summer heat. We were able to check in slightly earlier than expected which was very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and very tasty. Be aware there are quite a lot of very steep stairs to reach this hotel however we didn't mind this. Great locations close to the beach/swimming areas and restaurants along the waterfront. Short bus or taxi to the Old Town area for sightseeing and even more restaurants.
