Villa Borna Apartments

Great location, just a short walk to the beach, marina and nearby restaurants. Martin was so friendly and helpful explaining about local buses and restaurants. A lovely, quiet, safe and clean apartment block with swimming pool. We will definitely return again.

This was my first stop in Croatia and i couldn't have been happier about my choice of where to stay. The owner Martin checked me in and gave me tips on the area. My next door neighbour was a return guest which really says enough about the place. The room was lovely and clean. Bed is comfortable though if you're traveling as a couple may be worth noting it's two singles put together to make a double. The room comes with a little hob, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. You're technically within walking distance to copacabana beach tho its a bit of a trek. There's a smaller beach that's maybe a5 minute walk that's perfectly lovely though. The promenade isn't terribly far though with the heat wave it wasn't ideal it is walkable. Every time I saw Martin he checked in with me and made sure everything was ok and was even kind enough to drive me to the ferry when i moved to my next location. My neighbours said that he helps arrange their taxis when they leave as well. Really couldn't have asked for a better stay in Dubrovnik.

Nice and clean apartment. It is located within walking distance of the bus station to go to the old town. Also restaurants are within walking distance. The host was very friendly. This is a good value for money apartment for a short stay in Dubrovnik.

Nice little place tucked way in a nice quiet area of Dubrovnik, Martin the owner was very welcoming and helpful from showing us where the best spot for the beach is and where the best place to dine, also organised us a taxi back to airport I would come back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
