Premier Inn West Bromwich Town Centre (New Square)

My Sister and I went to this hotel the night after we attended an awesome concert. Before we went we had a meal in the Restaurant. We both had the steak, with the peppercorn sauce, skin on fries, and a few cocktails. Layla, the Server was amazing, nothing was too much for her…Thanks Layla 😁 Chef Paul, you can cook. The meal was fabulous, cooked to perfection, exactly how we wanted it. My Sis likes her steak almost cremated, and I like mine medium. All perfect…Thank you Chef Paul 😁 Both of you keep up the good work 😬 I did not get the Receptionist name on the Tuesday morning, but thank you. You did a great job 😁 I did not get the best night sleep, as the room we were in had a connecting door. Unfortunately, we had some rowdy, loud neighbours. I did tell reception, who were great and let the other room know. They toned it down a little bit, but could still hear all of their conversation. I eventually fell to sleep at around 04:30am, only to be up at 07:30am. I would suggest the rooms with connecting doors be left for family/friends/groups, if the rooms are not all connecting rooms. Overall, it was a good stay

Ideal location for central West Bromwich and with excellent road access to the motorway. Nice large carpark, with free parking. Room to the usual Premier Inn standard and it was nice to find the aircon had been put on before I arrived, esprcially given the windows don't open (hottest day of tye year so far).

Amazing stay, very helpful reception staff and clean rooms. Food in the downstairs restaurant is also delicious with a range of drinks ! The only downside was the cleaning staff who seemed rather annoyed all the time bringing the atmosphere down a little bit.

Location and facilities are very good. The staff were nice and enjoyed the room size. Only issue is that the WiFi is extremely slow but the offer a premium WiFi service....for a price 🙄. My overall experience with them was very enjoyable and I will recommend in the future.

Clean & Comfortable, staff on shift afternoon/evening pleasant, friendly & helpful. Convenient area to last minute shopping requirements... sufficient free car parking which is always helpful. No qualms when I requested more coffee/towels. Breakfast enjoyable & gluten free catered for....

A warm welcome from a polite young man as we arrived at 01:56. The hotel we clean, warm and cosy. Only one this was disappointing, at breakfast they only served pork sausages and bacon with no alternative. Checkout was lovely easy and swift. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. The price was more than I expected but we chose it as we get a breakfast for a small fee.
