就在大學對面，陽台看出去就是個球場，玩橄欖樹和足球都有，兩個房間和廳，雖然有點舊，但還有的都有了，停車也方便，價格適中

Great location near the centre of the city, also near the university and within walking distance of the covered stadium. There are a variety of room types available. Plenty of off street parking spaces, very clean rooms and friendly helpful staff.

My favourite place to stay in Dunedin by far. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and have everything you need and the location is very convenient for walking and getting around the city. The owner is really awesome to talk to and is very accomodating to the guests. If I’m coming to Dunedin, I’ll always choose this place.

Went with my young family. Carolyn is an exceptional host and goes out of her way to do anything to make you feel at home with some classic southern hospitality. Our room was clean, check in was easy and the location is great for touring central Dunedin, plus having a carpark so close to town is excellent. Walking distance to the stadium too! It was surprisingly quiet for the centre of town. Even better, Carolyn was wonderful with my children, answering their questions and entertaining them while we got our things up to the room. Outstanding. We have been all around the world and nothing beats a bit of south island charm!

We stayed at Alhambra Oaks Motel recently and I must say we were very impressed. The motel is very well located near the stadium and university, and only a short walk to cafes and restaurants in the CBD. The business owner Carolyn was genuinely very friendly, welcoming and helpful with all our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Our room was very well presented, clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was ample parking, and altogether the whole experience exceeded our expectations and the price was more than reasonable. We will be back again soon!

Would never stay here again....didn't expect to get a cold shower at $300 per night and i paid cash....wasnt even offered a small cash refund ....wouldn't recommend to anyone sadly....I am usually very cruisy but when I receive below standard service I am honest.

There is such an outstanding level of service provided by Carolyn and her team. She went above and beyond to help my dad celebrate his birthday and the whole family will be eternally grateful. This is next level customer service being offered here!

Room was quite small but just enough space for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable. Great selection of channels. Bathroom was spacious. Shower water pressure was good. Room heater provided which warmed up the room really quick but can be very noisy. Staff was amazing and super friendly.

Excellent good value motel. Reception was friendly, availible when needed and housekeeping so efficient every day! Easy walk into town, great cafe close by. Bed comfy and room quiet even though motel fully booked. Parking there was easy too.

Carolyn was so helpful and even ensured that we had a park close to our unit because my friend had surgery on her feet. The unit was warm, beds comfortable, clean and everything you could want. We intend to always stay there when visiting Dunedin.

Great location with lots of food options nearby and walkable to town. Clean and tidy room. Wonderful staff, in particular the manager Carolyn couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with, would recommend to all.

Was lucky enough to stay at the Alhambra Oaks. We're picky and have young children and high standards of cleanliness. This didn't disappoint. We were greeted by the owner, who was super friendly and the kids loved her. Was showed our room which was spacious and very clean. The location is great- right by the university and the centre of town, but still quiet enough at night. There's a field across the road which the children loved, and lots of dining options. You don't even need a car. Whatever we needed, the owner was happy enough to supply for us. We've been to lots of places around the country and this motel felt like we were staying with family it was so great!
