Fantastic space, great location! Park your car and walk everywhere. More spacious than pictures depict. Immaculate and decorated beautifully. Extremely well equipped. Thoughtful additions such as beach towels and nightlights. Great location, comfortable beds and super clean! Outfitted w/ everything needed for a trip to the beach or a quiet night of cooking at home. Communication was top notch.

The Barefoot Parrot collection consists of 3 cottage-style units, available both together and separately. All with reserved parking. Traveling with a group? Book more than one!
Bedrooms & Baths
Two guest suites and sleeping spaces for 2 in the living room. One bathroom w/ luxurious over-sized walk-in shower. Baby-bath provided. Both bedrooms have a luxury linens, vanity area for more space to get ready, TVs, fans, and black out blinds for peaceful slumber.
Bedroom #1 – king bed
Sink into the lavish king-size bed and drift off into peaceful slumber. Vanity area and/or desk area for work, smart TV, tower fan, black out blinds, luxury linens.
Bedroom #2 – queen ked
Cozy second bedroom with queen bed. Vanity area, Smart TV, ceiling fan, black out blinds, luxury linens.
Living Room
Open plan to include a full-size kitchen w/quartz counters and island bar. This light and bright space features a comfy couch and chairs for extra seating. Large flat screen TV, ceiling fan.
Kitchen & Dining
The bright kitchen is every cook’s dream and is extremely well-equipped with all the cookware, utensils, and appliances you will need. Ample pantry space gives you enough room to stock up on groceries. A coffee bar starts your morning off in comfort.

Private access to entire 2 bedroom approx. 850 Sq foot cottage. Reserved on-site parking provided for one car. Second space is first come. Additional public parking available close by.
QUIET TIME
Quiet time at 10pm. Our cottages are on a small downtown street. Our prime location means you can keep the late-night fun downtown, then tip toe back to the quiet of your own place. Please consider that all guests will need to follow this house rule. Gracias!

Absolutely perfect spot! We have been visiting Dunedin for over 18 years, this is the first time we have stayed in town. Location was within walking distance to everything. Will definitely be back! Everything was perfect.

Super Clean and Great Location
We stayed for the weekend of Feb 28, 2025. Instructions were clear on how to enter the property. The property was so cute, clean and has absolutely everything you need for a short or long term stay. The location was a perfect walking distance for attending a Spring Training Blue Jays game, restaurants, and shops. It’s a short and easy drive to Clearwater Beach. Everyone we encountered were so friendly and we felt so safe. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy some of the other things that cute little town offers. Thanks for hosting, we had a wonderful weekend.

Dunedin Gem
Was looking for a small place to spend one night near Main Street and came across this gem. So glad I found this property, it’s super cute, spacious and blocks away from all the restaurants and shops. We were also pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was considering the proximity. Our host Jen was very nice and attentive. We had an amazing experience will definitely be back!

This was our first time visiting Dunedin and it definitely did not disappoint. The house was beautiful and walking distance to so many places. The owner Jen was readily available to answer any questions and very pleasant. We will definitely be back.

Pictures Don’t Do it Justice!
This is an amazing cottage! Well decorated, well stocked, very clean and the communication with the owner was easy and seamless. Check in was a very simple process. I would recommend Barefoot Pirate to family and friends! Wonderful stay!

Blue Jays Getaway
The property was exactly as advertised (clean, great location and well provisioned). I had some questions a month before arriving and Jen was very responsive.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We came to see a couple of Jays games and were able to walk to and from with no difficulties and enjoyed many eateries nearby.
The place had everything you could need including a great washer/dryer, lots of coffee, filtered water and a good supply of bath towels. The beds were super comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious.
Check in and checkout were both easy and we would not hesitate to book here again.
