Я забронировал комнату для родителей и детей, но постельное белье не менялось. На одной из подушек были волосы, желтые пятна масла на коже головы и неприятный запах. Я вернулся после дня игры и собирался лечь спать, но обнаружил, что обратился на стойку регистрации и попросил о встрече с дежурным менеджером, но не было никакой обратной связи или ответа. Я остался на две ночи и остался. даже не получил объяснений, пока я не выехал. Может быть, это потому, что с нами так легко связываться. Рекомендуется не оставаться здесь, если вы приводите детей играть. Санитарные условия являются элементарными. Если вы не можете этого получить, вы вообще не можете этому доверять. Или просто будьте более высокомерными, и, возможно, отель отнесется к этому серьезно.

Very nice hotel. Beds are good. The room was clean and breakfast was good as well. No western options, but that was fine for us. Staff is super helpful and friendly!

Everything was perfect! They organise the airport pick up that went smoothly. I was also able to arrange a great driver for a day trip to the passes and Yardang. All the staff, Xiaoya and Xiaoqi, are great!

Great location by the riverside and restaurants in walking distance. Parking and all popular destinations reachable.

Walkable distance to the city centre. Close to everywhere kinda location with welcoming service! Special thanks to xiaoya (小雅) when we arrived first night, she provided us information that are useful to our trip. We had a lovely stay here!

What a stay !!! Room was one of the best places I’ve stayed in . It was a spacious and a luxurious suite . The staff were attentive and helpful . They were very quick with anything we needed and requested . Our room overlooked the river and was close to places we wanted to see , easy to walk to and from . 💖👍🔥

What an amazing hotel. Super clean, modern big rooms, very comfortable bed, great location and very helpful staff. Free airport pickup and we arrived after midnight. Central location - easy walk to restaurants and bars. Would absolutely recommend this to all my friends.

Our stay at this riverside hotel was pleasant, thanks to the nice and friendly personnel. They were consistently helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's excellent location by the river and close proximity to main tourist attractions (accessible by taxi) made exploring the city a breeze. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable retreat. While the breakfast was just okay, the reception staff's exceptional assistance stood out—they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, a reliable choice for those seeking a convenient and comfortable stay near key tourist spots.

The room was clean, and the shower had great water pressure, providing a refreshing experience. The accommodations gave us a good night's rest.

Almost at the end of tourist season (late Nov) the hotel had guests in probably just 2-3 rooms. Reception, housekeeping etc were flawless. Room had heated floor, humidifier etc. Breakfast was rather basic, but great considering they set up the whole buffet for ＜10 guests.

We got free upgrade to the suite so that was nice. Very pretty river view and not as noisy as some of the reviews I've read. Probably because the weather was getting chilly. Room was very spacious, even for just the size of the bedroom alone. Bed was comfortable and not too soft. But I will say that the light switches in the rooms and also the smart toilet seat were very confusing. Strangely, it had a large bathtub area, but a separate and very squished shower closet. The water didn't quite drain properly also. Breakfast was okay. But considering how the city really is just a town in the desert, I'd say it's actually pretty good. The local restaurants are also options, but we had to get up super early for day trips, and didn't feel like freezing outside to look for food when it's still dark. Side note, the night market in town is nice but not much going on outside of that area. The hotel is not in the city centre, but since the city is small, taxi is the way to go. We actually end up just getting the phone number of one of the taxi driver, and called her whenever we planned to head out. I chose the hotel based on aesthetics and was not disappointed. But our suite was in the end of a very long hallway, so get ready to walk if you are not near the elevator.

在2025年的最後一天，半夜遊蕩在敦煌，太多的酒店可以選，但冥冥之中選擇了此酒店，前台人員很温柔，給我升級了房型，早餐很豐富，地暖也很舒服，床品很新，在欣賞着跨年的煙花中入睡，也在此酒店迎來2026年的第一縷陽光，祝福大家新年新氣象，所想皆所成。

這是沿河西走廊一路走來最驚艷的一個酒店 鬧中取靜，離熱鬧的沙洲夜市很近，又隔了一條黨河，河中修了供人休閑過河的小公園，過河時還能遠眺鳴沙山山脈，太讚了 離網紅餐廳都很近，可以溜達，也可以打車6元 前台小史小姐姐人很好很熱情 房間大大的落地窗欣賞夜景，太漂亮了
