The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the railway station. Everything else is relatively good. I don't complain about small things. But the Hotel needs a good renovation, in order to have such prices. Even today it is difficult to find a good hotel with a good price.

Cleanness and location is good

Overnachting voor de kerstmarkt. Dan is de locatie goed. Verder zijn wij niet te spreken over het hotel. De badkamer zat namelijk vol met schimmel. Wij hadden ontbijt erbij geboekt, maar er was geen tafel vrij dus moesten wij een kwartier wachten tot er een tafel vrij kwam. Overigens waren wij niet de enige die moesten wachten. Toen we uiteindelijk konden zitten werd het buffet niet meer aangevuld. Er was er geen brood meer, terwijl het nog mogelijk zou zijn om een halfuur te ontbijten. Nog nooit zo'n slechte ervaring gehad.

Firstly, the full amount was held on hold, despite the policy indicating “pay at the hotel” and “free cancellation.” This was in stark contrast to my experiences with other hotels that successfully verified my card without such holds. So I cancelled the booking after two days Furthermore, when I reached out for clarification and resolution, your staff and manager engaged in a disconcerting lack of communication. I was met with vague responses and eventually, a complete cessation of replies to my messages. To make matters worse, it took an excruciating 15 days to have the hold on my funds released, and I was also burdened with an international transfer fee. This experience has left me feeling deeply unsatisfied and frustrated. I believe that clear and consistent policies, along with responsive customer service, are essential for any reputable establishment.

We came for 5 days myself and my brother and the hotel was in a superb place for us to explore and we had tickets for dortmund vs Newcastle, we didn't have any breakfast at this hotel, but other places to try, we used the train at dusseldorf Station a 5 min walk from the hotel, myself and my brother used the WiFi for different reasons which was great, dortmund by train is 1 hour and 25 mins, we would walk to the main shopping area which was about a 25 min walk, head to the Riverside of dusseldorf and they have some nice restaurants there, we visited the tower and I am scared of heights and we were high up in our room and had no issues with it and would come back to this hotel and dusseldorf again

Hotel in buona posizione, essendo vicino la stazione centrale è semplice raggiungere Colonia o l'aeroporto. Arrivare in centro anche a piedi non è complicato anche se la zona di sera non sembra essere molto sicura, meglio usare i taxi che sostano proprio di fronte l'hotel e sono piuttosto economici. Camera confortevole e minimale, in ogni caso pulita e personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato soprattutto per soggiorni di lavoro.
