Apartment overhead,evening and morning clomping on stairs, etc. near main road, trucks noisy. Will not stay here again

Not our first visit here, we like room 21, it was a nice day for chillaxin ! We will be back, probably around Easter. Its convenient, not a lot of road noise, of course we carry a fan with us to help drown out any noise, inexpensive for what we are looking for !

It was convenient to shopping...it was alittle "off" the highway and wasn't noisy

I pulled in and parked, and that was enough for me. It was trashy and scary. I honestly didn’t feel safe. There was a large group of people having some kind of gathering by the gazebo with a grill going and their suv parked in the grass and music playing loudly from it. There were a lot of hotel room doors hanging open with kids hanging out on the stairs and all around the parking lot. It honestly looked like these people were living here and not taking care of the place. I sat for a minute thinking about if I even wanted to check in. I got out of the car, took a few steps, and got right back into my car. I didn’t even feel safe checking in, so there was no way my husband and I were going to sleep there. We went up to the sleep inn and suites which was a great stay! My husband contacted them about a refund and the lady was polite and directed us back to *******. Turned out we had the “pay later” option so I wasn’t going to be charged until checkin anyway. ******* offered to contact the red carpet to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for not showing up. ******* was great. The hotel-stay away!!

Room was great, appeared to have had some upgrading. Have stayed there before and will stay again. Thank you

The property was old and a lot of things didn’t work. The Tv remote didn’t work, the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Even the plugs in the lamp to charge my devices wouldn’t work. I also did not like the staff calling me a day before I checked in supposedly confirming my arrival only to trick me into giving me the security code on my credit card. Which they used to charge $625 to my credit card BEFORE I EVEN CHECKED IN. Then when I had bad news of a death and had to leave early they tried to tell me I couldn’t get a refund. ******* told them to give me a refund but they still took over $100 for useless charges. I was completely dissatisfied with the staff manipulating the situation.

The room was clean and ready. Only stayed overnight so can’t say a lot about it other than the shower had very good pressure but the tub did not drain so you were taking a shower in water up over your ankles. Needs to be cleaned out.

People were very nice. Facility needed lot of cleaning and upgrade.

Basic motor lodge. A place to sleep and much cheaper than the big national chains.
