First the good: the hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Second, it took us an hour to get checked in. I paid for my room in full, but when we got there she said she couldn’t do the check-in because I owed an additional amount of over $100. I told her I wasn’t going to pay any more money. I called your customer service and she told me not to pay anything and they had to check me in. After the girl at check in talked to the manager she said that she was going to check us in and they would fix everything in the morning. I used my debit card for the $20 incidental check and when I checked my account she also put a $99.38 hold on my card without my authorization. The girl in the morning said that they weren’t going to charge anything but it would take a couple days to fall off. It finally did today. I am very angry about this and don’t feel they should have put a charge on my card without my permission.
