Stayed 1 night in May 25 Good - easy check in experience, good check in staff, room warm, room clean with no odours, decent enough evening meal at downstairs internal restaurant, did not have breakfast so can’t comment, good waiting on staff Bad - nothing of note

I wonderfully clean room, comfortable bed and extra pillows. The hotel is located near the town centre and a few minutes walk from the beach. Perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of London. I've been here once before and the staff are amazing.

Staff was brilliant, definitely 5*, such a warm welcome, they were so nice with the kids my teenager son asked me to write this review!! They were brilliant finding options for the meal they like, special art material and space, funny, we never had such good experience in the UK, my kids loved the experience.

Had a wonderful stay staff very friendly and welcoming went above and beyond especially Dawn who sorted out meal deal for us, room was spotless and tidy could not fault and would definitely stay again Eastbourne is a lovely area to visit the staff were extremely helpful in advising where to go

Nice hotel. Close to the town centre and the pier. Close to restaurants and other attractions. Clean and nice hotel with friendly staff and comfortable beds. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and is great value. The staff are always happy to help. The hotel is very clean.

She’s a walking, talking concierge service wrapped in warmth, efficiency, and a wicked sense of humour.. But this review isn’t about Dawn. As a solo female traveler, there’s always a small worry when you’re unwell in an unfamiliar town—especially late at night. It was nearly midnight on a rainy Saturday when I started feeling unwell. The last thing I wanted was to navigate an app, search for a late-night pharmacy, or wander the streets alone. So, I headed down to reception, where I met the incredible Cai. Without hesitation, Cai found multiple options for me. But with the cold, the rain, and my exhaustion, the thought of a long walk in the dark wasn’t appealing. No problem—Cai went above and beyond, ensuring I felt safe, supported, and not alone in an unfamiliar place. His kindness and reassurance meant the world to me in that moment. Yes, every Premier Inn guarantees a good night’s sleep, but at Eastbourne Town Centre, you’re also guaranteed a team that genuinely cares. The staff here don’t just do their jobs—they go out of their way to help. So, thank you, Cai, for your kindness, and for looking after me when I needed it most. You made all the difference
