Отель дряхлый. Не понравилось, что берут депозит ,а чтоб его забрать на ресепшене никого не было когда я хотела уехать и я ждала больше часа это неприятно. Расположен хорошо

С нами очень плохо обращались сотрудники ресепшена, потому что мы опоздали на регистрацию в 22:00, хотя мы объяснили проблемы с машиной. Нас попросили заплатить больше денег сверх бронирования и депозита. Даже после оплаты дополнительных 80% от бронирования мы в итоге не остались, номер был пыльным, а на полу валялся мусор. Персонал также не проявил никаких угрызений совести. Впечатления были плохими, нам пришлось бронировать другой отель поздно ночью.

Семейная поездка на скалу Севен-Систерс. Отель находится в Истборне, недалеко от пляжа. Он очень чистый, с приятным персоналом.

Раньше не пользовался этим отелем, но останавливался на той же улице. Не самое приятное место у входа: лестница у входа в здание в плохом состоянии и вся в окурках. Обслуживание на ресепшене неплохое, но были случаи, когда я спускался вниз и кричал, а вокруг никого не было. Звонка тоже не было. Лестница и коридор по пути к номеру выглядели в плачевном состоянии, многие двери были поцарапаны, некоторые повреждены, много грязного белья валялось у стен номеров. У меня был одноместный номер, тесноватый, но ванная комната довольно современная, с ванной, деревянным полом без ковриков, без фена, что неслыханно в наше время. Доплатил за двухместный номер на третью ночь (в данном случае только с двуспальной кроватью), так как номер слишком маленький и не было места, чтобы ходить вокруг кровати. Ванная комната очень большая, но вместо шторы или занавески кто-то повесил на окно занавеску для душа, а на двух окнах в номере были две хлипкие занавески разных размеров, ни одна из которых не подходила. Было четкое ощущение, что ни одна женщина не принимала никакого участия в этом месте, а мужчины-сотрудники встречались только тогда, когда им требовалась помощь. Это жилье больше подходит для одиноких мужчин, бронирующих его в короткие сроки как более дешевый вариант. Название Pearl and Pebbles вызвало у меня ассоциации с чистотой и светом, но это, безусловно, не так. Я бы больше здесь не остановился.

Всё отлично, отношение персонала отличное, номер чистый. Хотелось бы, чтобы некоторые поломки починили и пыль с потолка сдули. Расположение отеля просто супер!

You get what you paid for Checked in online. All good Arrived at the guest house, it was a very hot day in June No greeting, welcome or kind remarks I was told to sit on their sofa and wait until staff was ready Upon check in I was asked to pay £50 deposit for any incident or extras according to hotel policy What policy, no mention of that online or on front desk counter I get my room key and my room is on 3rd floor. The lift is out of order. So ask for a room on lower floor The room was tiny. The wardrobe door could not close and key missing Bathroom stood out in comfort, thank god A ligthbulb was missing on bedside table On my way out I asked why internet was not working. Under maintanance I was told. Really bad luck However, the guest house had two wifi options, one for guests and one for staff. I wonder if staff had access to internet Be aware to keep your key with you. The front door to the guest house is locked after 10 pm You only access the building with your key. And push the door hard, or it won't open When I went out for dinner I asked if the could put a lightbuld in my bedside lamp. Never happened during my 3 night stay Trying to relax with tv, I discovered I had only 2 regular channels. And since no wifi existed I could not use my membership on netflix After two nights no housekeeping had tended to my room. As my days started early and ending late, staff was never there to ask. I was told after check out that I was supposed to let them know IF i wantd my room refreshed. This is first time ever travelling for 20 years that this is not a natural service for them I also lost my room key last night, very unfortunate. So I had to make it for 10 pm lock on front door to get in. I was told that they charge £20 fee to make a new key and it will be deducted from my deposit. So to conclude my stay, mostly unhappy and decided no matter how low the price was it was NOT worth it I do not recommend this place, mostly for unfriendly staff

Hotel room was okay according to budget. The stairs we smelled dust so would be better to have good vibes. There was no fans and windows were fixed so bit hot during the sunny day.

This was meant to be a short restful break for me as I have been stressed. On arrival, even though I clearly stated I use a walker to get around due to mobility issues, there was no accessable entrance , I had to beg people to help me get my walker up. The lift was out of order and my walker had to be left downstairs in a unsecured space. I didn't like that they wanted a card for a refundable deposit. I have never experienced this before and I had already paid in full. The email they sent to book in on line wanted £100 when I got in because I didn't do this he wanted £50. The first night I was reasonably happy. The room was unfinished the was were marked but the laminate floor was warm and could have been swept better but not bad. The bathroom was small tight but fairly modern looking. It is nothing like the photos published. But it was acceptable as a budget hotel. I was prepared to keep the booking as being disabled and with limited funds and knowledge of the area I wasn't going to go wondering around for a new hotel. The manager was smart,polite and helpful the first night. The beach was within easy walk as was the RNLI Musium. It was a longer but pleasant walk to the bandstand or on to the pier. And town was easy to get to with good bus links to other places. I visited Hastings on the bus the first day. Unfortunately when I returned I was less than happy. I had expressly told and agreed with the manager that I didn't want anyone in my room. I found a wee and things left differently. But the bin hasn't been emptied. The manager refused to acknowledge this and said there was noone coming in and said nothing was on the cameras but he hasn't even had time to look. Luckily I only left toiletries and clothes in the room. Things got worse as I couldn't sleep. I requested that he investigated the noise or I had a new room. He point blank refused even though he was telling me previously they didn't have many guests in. I could only talk to him via the mobile number he left at the desk because he disappears off to his own room. But 1.30am he stopped acknowledging me at all. By 3am I was packed and sitting in the reception area. I wasn't going to walk the streets at that time so I spent the time looking around. The smell from the basement was rancid and damp no wonder a young cockroach Crawley up the bath plug. The communal area looks like they are trying to update it but it is a building sites. It has nice sofas and the dinning area might be nice at some point. However the ladies toilets are disgusting. The bowls, all three are stained brown. None of them have any toilet paper. There is noway to dry your hands as the hand dryer does not work and there are no towels. There is an oversized vanity unit with a dirty old cloth strapped over it which causes a trip hazard and glass top which is precarious. There are trip hazards and dodgy wiring. Even the newer wires are not fitted with any care. The fridge in reception is padlocked and chained down suggesting a dodgy neighbourhood. I really can not recommend this hotel to anyone in its current state and ownership

The Hotel didn’t look great from outside the the reception area left a lot to be desired. But the room was a pleasant surprise. Newly decorated, was clean and simple. Although a lack of toiletries was annoyingly. Overall a comfortable stay.

I booked a room but unfortunately I couldn’t gain access into the hotel on arrival despite trying to call ahead of my journey. The front door was locked and there was nobody at the reception, the telephone number listed wasn’t going through and when called Trip.com ( which the hotel was booked through) couldn’t get through either so I had to booked another hotel. They wouldn’t refund my money. It was such a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend.

A Great Stay. I extended my time there after my initial booking. Amil, at reception, was polite and helpful and helped with all my requests. The room was one of the modernised ones and had nice bright decor with a very comfortable single bed and a very good bathroom with a Bath as well as a powerful shower. The hotel is in a perfect position - a walk to the town centre or the beach taking just minutes. I think that I booked for 1 or 2 days initially, but ended up staying for over a week, so that proves something. It was Excellent value as well - as a solo traveller I often stay in single rooms - but the Doubles/Twins didn't cost much more and I would have happily stayed in one of them if a single hadn't been available. If I had to pick negatives - No working Lift so that could be a problem for some and No Internet access - though I'm told the system is being upgraded. Again, not a problem for me. I'd certainly stay again and I intend to, soon. Well Done All.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't mentioned in the pre-booking information, but this hotel requires photographic ID AND a damages deposit on your card before checking in. Be advised.

CLOSED DOWN AND STILL TAKING BOOKINGS! Do NOT book unless you want an experience like mine where I show up at 8pm on a wet, windy evening to find a hotel in total darkness and the advertised phone number coming up as unrecognised. Had a to phone Trip to sort out alternative accommodation at last minute which meant not getting settled in a room until nearly 10pm. Absolutely ridiculous to not take listing offline if the hotel doesn’t exist anymore.
