Meet 'Close Enough,' the cozy hideaway nestled on a tranquil 5 acres. A back porch boasting “peek-a-boo” bay views that'll make your morning coffee feel fancy. Need boat parking? We've got tons of space. We're so close to the beaches of SGI and the coastal town of Apalachicola that even GPS is impressed.
The space
Charming 2 bedroom 1 &1/2 bath home newly renovated & centrally located less than 14 miles from the coastal town of Apalachicola or the beautiful beaches of St George Island. Bring your boats we have the parking.
Guest access
The home is located off of CC Land Road. Guests use the back door to enter and exit.
Other things to note

Way Over Due
My second time of staying at this sweet cottage. Almost a last minute get-a-way planning and all went well. I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend…..Way Over Due…..

Great place!
We only had a short stay but house was perfect! Everything was very clean and the location was great! Definitely recommend and will be booking again!

Needed a low key get away
It was awesome! Very peaceful and quiet. Great centralized location with short driving distance to St George, Carrabelle and Appalachicola. Home was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Already planning another trip!

Cozy cottage
We loved our time there! The cottage was so well maintained; clean, modernized, ample parking. We liked the way everything was laid out! The host had obviously put some thought into how everything came together. I’m a fan of local culture, and appreciated the book of photographs by the local naturalist! In Apalachicola, we bought two photographs from the Emmy award winner Richard Bickel! The guidebook, albeit outdated, was appreciated and still useful! I was happy to have the dishwasher, large shower, and laundry on site. I would recommend putting in a horizontal grab bar in the shower for safety purposes. We will definitely be back next year!

Home away from home
We had the best time here. The house was so clean and cozy. We had everything we needed plus so much more. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were close to all of the surrounding towns. This is the perfect spot for duck hunters like us because we were minutes from all of the boat ramps. We will see you again next year!

Very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of fun activities. We would recommend cottage to others.

Perfect
The house was amazing, older but redone in the perfect way. All the little touches made this place wonderful, you can see the bay from the house, still close enough the everything. The host was very responsive. For me this is a most definitely on my list to stay again!!!
