Logis Hotel-Restaurant Dimmer

The two bedroom apartment was comfortable, spacious and had every amenity. There was a very friendly cat around that we enjoyed! The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area was very spacious, but had algae filled water features we didn’t understand. The hotel reception was very friendly, spoke great English, and was helpful. We only ate at the restaurant once, but the food was good and great service.

This family maintained hotel is an ideal place if you are thinking of a "de-stressing" weekend. We loved it. The surrounding, the hotel, breakfast spread and above all the people.. Just awesome... We had some trouble with a noise which was starting with the start of the AC, but we lived without AC when you have such a beautiful surrounding and people :) Note.. the food in the restaurant and the house beer is a MUSSTTTT have!!!

The staff were friendly and the surrounding countryside was nice, but the hotel location couldn't take advantage of that. We had a recently refurbished small ground floor room, but it was directly on a very busy, noisy road. There was no air conditioning, so it was a choice of a lot of noise, or a hot, stuffy room. On a hot summer night it would be IMPOSSIBLE. Luckily the bed was comfortable, so eventually able to sleep. The charge of €17 each for breakfast we felt FAR overpriced. It was definitely not a rich choice breakfast that could command that level charge. Only 2 warm items, they were not too good either, poor filtered coffee, no espresso etc... It was all minimum, minimum. It was definitely not worth more than 10€. We have stayed in many hotels and this was the least value for money breakfast we have had. However when you considered the €105 room price and €34 for breakfast, the €139 total was quite an overcharge comparing it to a similar room, in similar hotels in Luxemburg. We were somewhat disappointed.

Very friendly, nicely located, excellent restaurant. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel is also pet friendly, which was a big plus for us. There are many beautiful sights in the region, including medieval castles, and lovely hiking trails.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel (2 nuits). L'accueil est top, toute l'équipe est très gentille, souriante et professionnelle. Nous nous sommes sentis "considérés" c'est très rares de nos jours. Hotel typique à échelle humaine, on adore ! Positif : emplacement génial, au bord de l'eau, calme, Grande chambre fonctionnelle et lumineuse, repas fabuleux (demi pension avec repas gastro) petit déj complet où l'on peut se faire cuire de délicieuses gaufres maison :). Cet hôtel est certes un peu vétuste (ancienne gare) mais très charmant ET parfaitement entretenu aussi bien les chambres, que les communs et le restaurant. La terrasse vue sur jardin est très jolie et très calme sauf que.. Négatif : Malheureusement notre beau séjour s'est fait au milieu d'un énorme groupe de cyclistes flamands très bruyants et très festifs aussi bien à chaque repas que sur la terrasse à l'heure de l'apéro. Je pense qu'ils étaient au moins 30 ou 40 ! Même les patrons en étaient un peu gênés (et les autres clients). On nous a proposé de nous déplacer dans un endroit plus calme pour le 2ème souper. Quel charmante attention. Très sincèrement, je ne suis pas difficile mais les oreillers mériteraient vraiment d'être changés, ils ne ressemblent plus à rien.. Dernier point et non des moindres : Une petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre ferait vraiment très plaisir. A part le tapage du grand groupe vraiment pénible (ils parlaient, criaient et riaient très fort!), cet hôtel était vraiment cool. On reviendra !!!!!

Super , kamer en perfect schoon . Vriendelijke ontvangst en parkeren geen probleem. Mooi geparkeerd voor het hotel . We sliepen in het oude postkantoor welke perfect in kamers met douche en toilet zijn omgebouwd. Zeer rustig gelegen en giede aanraders

We hadden dit hotel via een Wonderbox cadeau gekregen en nog bijbetaald, in totaal € 139,90. Letterlijk stond op de reservering: Een wellnessverblijf voor 2 bij Hôtel-Restaurant Dimmer*** (Wallendorf-Pont - GH Luxemburg). Helaas bleek het een overnachting in een verblijf verder op te zijn (zeker 1 km), dat weliswaar verbouwd was maar dat zeker geen € 140 voor een overnachting waard was. Daarbij maak je dan ook geen gebruik van de wellness (te ver weg). Een teleurstelling na een flinke wandeling. Hygiëne was verder OK (wel schrikken dat de poetsvrouw opeens op onze kamer stond!), ontbijt was prima en personeel bij ontbijt was heel vriendelijk (trouwens ook op 1 km afstand). We zullen nog vaak naar Luxemburg gaan voor een wandeling, maar nooit meer in dit hotel.

Hôtel familial très accueillant.personnel sympathique et professionnel. Chambre agréable, propre, hammam, sauna extra.. Restauration : très belle carte.je recommande : le lapin..la bouillabaisse, le risotto asperge scampi.. excellent..irish aussi ! Situé près des randonnées.. Un séjour réussi nous reviendrons (3 couples tous très contents) Merci.
