Cosy Home with Heated Pool

*POOL IS HEATED to 85 degrees from Nov.1st-April 31st. If nighttime temperatures fall below 50 degrees the owner reserves the option to turn the heater off. Situated just one block from the beautiful Indian River, Dolly's House affords you the best New Smyrna Beach/Edgewater has to offer. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and boating on the river, or take a ten minute drive to the beautiful beaches of New Smyrna. A short 15 mile drive up 95N takes you to Daytona International Speedway, Daytona International Airport and more beautiful beaches. Orlando International Airport is approximately 90 minutes away by car. When you've had enough of the crowds at the beach you can enjoy a day in your own heated pool. After your swim, relax with a glass of wine around the pool or in the screened-in patio. The yard is fenced in for complete privacy in the pool area and there's a grill so you can enjoy cooking and eating outdoors. The laundry room is off the carport, with another bathroom and a shower to wash the sand and salt off after a day at the beach. The house is located in an older, established neighborhood. Most of them were built in the late 1940s or early 1950s.
