Our self contained house had everything we wanted. Comfortable beds, clean, on the beach, fresh delicious breakfast included. The staff were very friendly, wanting us to have a relaxing holiday. The 21st birthday was beautifully decorated, canapés were the best. Great atmosphere near the beach. Buggy picked us up when requested, boat to the mainland always available . I want to go back .

This is a perfect family getaway on a secluded island resort close to Port Vila! It offers a good range of accommodation from waterfront villas to 3 and 4 bedroom self contained houses! Whilst not luxurious the accommodation is well maintained and very comfortable! The standout is the super friendly staff who trat you like family! There are a range of activities and cultural experiences at the resort and the helpful staff can arrange a full range of tours and experiences! The restaurant offers good breakfast with cooked to order options and lunch and dinner menus offer a range of choices. The Tanna coffee on offer is well worth trying and the local beer is good! Overall a good value resort offering a good family holiday!

Our family holiday to Erakor Island was amazing. Bonus is we had great weather all week long. Sarah, Natalie and Lalita helped to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Annie in the Restaurant is so sweet and a hard-worker. Not many staff have name badges so we can't identify others, but generally everyone was friendly and hardworking. As a group of 20, we occupied the White Sands Beach House, 1 beachside villa and a 3 bedroom beach villa. We recommend not to buy food from the supermarkets as it ends up being more expensive than eating out...and you have to cook yourself. We mostly ate at the restaurant on the island but outside of the Erakor Island restaurant, we ate at The Three Pigs and a lovely little bakery down the road. You can also ferry & walk to the Warwick for dinner & a drink or catch a taxi into town. The lunch and dinner at Erakor is brilliant especially the curries and burgers. Be sure to add on the Pizza & Movie night and Melanesian Feast + Fire Show to your package. Remember they are on "island time" so you may need to follow up on drinks/food. If travelling with kids old enough to order food/ drinks to charge back to the room, keep an eye on your tab as it can creep up. The island is in need of some maintenance which we were told us coming after the owner visits later this year. We did the Ziplining, Horse ride and Zego searider, half day tour to the Blue Lagoon and Cascades. As a safety precaution if using the rope swings, be sure to let go when told and do NOT swing back as it's sharp rocks and injuries occurred while we were there. Wear wet shoes.

Went to Erakor for my mums 80th and my dads 85th birthdays and it was a perfect week. The staff made our stay so very special. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable, views were spectacular, weather perfect. I would recommend for a very relaxing holiday. Lots to do or nothing, your choice. I would like to say a special thankyou to Sara, Nathalie, Lita, Annie, Anna, Fay and Namam for making our week as special as it could be and so much more. We will be back

Island was amazing, great staff especially Cliff. He was amazing. He had great service, funny, super nice, welcoming, generous and helped us out with anything we needed. The island is quiet and peaceful but also packed with activities for any kids you would want to take. If you want to go with only your partner there is lots of things to accomodate that too. Thank you erakor island and thank you Cliff.
