Consider renting our 3 other units in this building for your group retreat! The other units have the exact same layout but vary in sleeping arrangements: La Dolce Vita, Anchor Point, and Heights Meadow Ridge. Property Features: + Two levels of decking off the back of the unit, accessible from the main living space and the bedrooms + Condo amenities include indoor pool, hot tub, gym, and outdoor tennis courts and kids' play area + Internet Wi-Fi (due to the rural nature of the property, Wi-Fi and cell phone coverage and service can vary)  + 5 Smart TVs (all bedrooms, living room, loft area) with Smart TV apps. Guests may log in using their own accounts. + Dining table with seating for 4 (two chairs and two benches) + Breakfast bar with seating for 4 + Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board + Central air and heat + Gas fireplace (living room) + Board games and puzzles + Loft area includes Smart TV and poker table + Fully equipped kitchen (see amenities) including a traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig Conveniently located just south of Egg Harbor, right off Highway 42, you'll have easy access to the area's charming shops, restaurants, and stunning natural beauty. Sleeping Accommodations: Bedroom 1 (main level): King size bed, Smart TV, hangers, extra pillows and blankets Bedroom 2 (upper level): King size bed, Smart TV, hangers, extra pillows and blankets Bedroom 3 (upper Level): Queen size bed, Smart TV, hangers, extra pillows and blankets   Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (main level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer Bathroom 2 (main level): Half bathroom Bathroom 3 (upper level): Full bathroom with shower tub combo, hair dryer Parking: 2 parking spots available in driveway and 1 in garage (3 total) Amenity + damage protection waiver includes: • Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels) • A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom. • PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage). Home Truths: All Meadow Ridge Condo amenities (indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, etc) are run by the Meadow Ridge Property Management Company. the property manager cannot guarantee that these features will be open and available during your stay. The outdoor pool is being repurposed and will no longer be available. No outdoor grill This condo is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings. This property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.
