Leonardo Club Eilat - All Inclusive

The hotel is very low level The staff is really not nice and uninviting Very small rooms I strongly do not recommend coming here My son got a burn on his hand in the dining room And they didn't even have an ointment to ease the burning The food menu is so basic and tasteless At every position there are huge queues that simply give up waiting

My wife and I booked a long week-end in march 2023. The fact that the hotel is aged and services not quite as advertised could be overlooked as it is not uncommon. However the hotel overcharged us compared to the deal that was advertised online when we booked the hotel! We have Screenshot and emails as proofs, but none of the staff was helpful and management simply ignores emails and phone calls. Do not trust a venue that scams through falls advertising and does not take customer complains with substantive claims seriously. Stay away!!

The hotel is not clean. They don't clean the rooms and the areas. .Disgusting It was hard to find something tasty to eat. It was not my first time there but will be probably the last time.............

Visited with my wife and 6 year old girl. The good: The room is nice, we booked the room with pool access. My kid got a solid bed with good mattress. The food in the hotel is pretty good, nothing too fancy but really cant complain, nice variety and different options change daily. The kids shows at the evening were really entertaining and nice quality. The slides were also not bad. The bad: The all inclusive is just ok. No food at all near the pool, cakes are served in the afternoon, alcohol was poor but it was expected. The checkin experience is awful! A lot of noise in the lobby, since the room checkin time is 15:00 so all guests come at the same time to pick their room and it causes a huge mess with no order! The hotel does really poor job to keep high standards! Why do you allow people to put chairs near the pool? There is no way to pass and it looks so crowded! Please do a better job! You dont clean the area near the pool and it looks bad. You have to wait for 10-15 minutes to get to dinner because apparently there is one dining area and it gets full so they dont allow any more people in. A joke! If you know that you cant have all people inside the eating area then why dont you have people reserving hour to eat at like in all normal hotels? It just feels that the hotel could care less and thinks its normal. 3 days the plates and glasses just ran out. Come on! Are you kidding me?? You dont know how many plates do you need? You are making it embarrassing for guests! The dining area is so loud and so messy! Although the general population in the hotel isnt so high class but most of it is the hotel’s fault. Do you want high class from people then behave like high class. General feeling was poor and cheap. This is 4 star hotel barely.

Spent few days with my wife & kids in this Guesthouse. The management decided to allow ~200 kids (age 10-15 years old) from a soccer league to stay in the guesthouse without their parents. You can imagine what happened to the so called hotel: Noisy, cursing in-front of all guests, sleepless nights, a mess in the dining room, a fiasco in the pool, police involvment, etc. My kids were afraid to get out of our room. As mentioned, this was a bad management decision (and they admit it was) to turn this hotel to a guesthouse. As for the room cleanness : At the 2nd day, the room was "cleaned" but they forgot to put towels, soap and shampoo. Only after calling housekeeping twice (I assume 5 hours are not enough to bring towels) - they arrived. At the 3rd day - they even did not clean our room. When I complained about it - I was told that my room was already cleaned . I invited them to the room to see that it was not cleaned. Unbelievable. Zero awareness to customer satisfaction. Food: Breakfast is fine, lunch and dinner are reasonable (but repeating). So - do yourself a favor: do not spent your money on this guesthouse. there are plenty of great hotels in Eilat with the same price of this guesthouse. To summarize: when I complained about the fiasco with the soccer league kids, the hotel response that i suffered only one day, so they will send me a discount of 30% to the first night of my next vacation. Like i will ever use it... there is always a last time !!!

We spent 3 nights at the Leonardo Club and had a wonderful time. The water slides were super fun and of varying intensities, the baby pool was covered with a shade structure and perfect for our toddlers and the food was abundant. The customer service in particular was excellent. We had a mix-up with our reservation, which was booked for two adults but without the kids. When we arrived and this came to light, the cost a la carte to add the kids after the fact would have been prohibitive and super expensive. Berta and Chen, the customer experience managers, graciously worked it out for us and we were able to add the kids to the reservation at just a small additional fee. The kids club was also great. Tamir in particular, a new staff member, went out of his way to make us feel super welcome, engaging with our baby, speaking with our toddler in English so that he would feel more comfortable and generally just being a sweet and super friendly face. Even the dining staff was so attentive, greeting us by name and accommodating special requests. It was a bit hectic/busy on the weekend, so it might be less of a fit for a couple's getaway, but for a family vacation, it's great. One tip for the hotel: Maybe add some poolside programming for the adults, like water volleyball or yoga just to mix it up. (If you ever need yoga, hit me up - that's my thing!) Enjoy!

I just got back from 3 nights at the Leonardo Club in Eilat with my wife, 3 year old toddler and 1 year old baby. I honestly did not have great expectations - I do not typically go for all inclusive vacations, I assume they have to cut corners somewhere... I have to say though that I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a pool facing room with a balcony that was well appointed and clean. The bathroom was very nice, the AC was solid, the mini fridge worked really well, everything was clean and the bed was very comfy. Over the weekend the hotel was fully packed but we had no noise issues at all and everyone slept really well. WIFI was solid and worked well enough for me to watch Netflix on my iPad. The food was not what you would find at a Michelin rated restaurant but it was fresh, varied enough that you could always find something you'd like and the variety changed every day. You're not going to go hungry here and the Shabbat menu was really exceptional - very homey! I really appreciated the wealth of kid-friendly choices as well. On top of all that - there were snacks and cakes available all the time! And popsicles, and slurpees and hot drinks and alcoholic beverages. They weren't kidding when they said "All Inclusive." Service was awesome - every interaction with the hotel staff was impeccable. They were all friendly, considerate and kind. Really, all of them. Big shout out to Igor who cleaned up after my messy kids in the dining room. I never had to call him over - he was just there and made our experience that much better. Everyone complied with Ministry of Health guidelines and masks were worn by all staff. The pool and pool area were kept very clean and there were plenty of lounges available all the time - even when it was at its most crowded. Obviously, get there early and stake out your spot if you are very particular about where you sit - but that was not an issue for our little group. Were there any downsides? A couple of things - none of which impacted our stay. The hotel rules and signage clearly state that smoking in the pool area is not permitted. However, I did see a couple of people smoking openly. This did not affect us because no one smoked anywhere near us at all. But if they did, I would not want to be put in the uncomfortable position of having to tell someone to put out their cigarette. That's something the Hotel staff need to do and they need to be vigilant about it. There's no shortage of designated smoking areas in the hotel where people can smoke without bothering anyone. Again, let me emphasize that this wasn't a huge problem at all and I never even smelled cigarette smoke - I just saw it happening. Thanks for a very relaxing weekend getaway!
