Escape to our cozy cottage, nestled on two beautifully maintained acres shared with the main house. This charming, standalone retreat offers the perfect place to unwind. The property features over 60 fruit trees, two friendly cats, a small dog, and a few chickens—giving it a peaceful, country feel. The fully fenced property offers privacy and security with a gated entrance and code. We can accommodate up to two vehicles, and the cottage is just a short walk down a garden path from the parking area. Conveniently located in the heart of Placerville, we’re close to shopping, the Placerville Fairgrounds, local wineries, Apple Hill, and skiing. Downtown Placerville is just minutes away and full of great dining, shops, and entertainment. We’re animal lovers and welcome your well-behaved pup! Just a couple of requests: please don’t leave pets unattended, and be sure to clean up after them.
