We're family and dog friendly!About 8 minutes to holiday valley, 5 minutes to Holiday Valley Tubing, 9 minutes to the Holiday Valley golf course, 13 minutes to Pumpkinville, and 20 minutes to Allegany State Park.Our home is set right into the hill side with a perfect view of the valley and Holiday Valley slopes. A wrap around deck allows you to get the most out of the views. Please note that there are 13 stairs (interior) to access the main floor.We have an exterior 15 amp 110 outlet for charging your EV.The upstairs bedrooms have nightstands and dressers as well as ceiling fans. Note: these bedrooms have wall outlets that are controlled by the switch. The upper outlet is controlled by the switch and the lower outlet has constant power (just so you plug your phone into the right outlet.)The lower bedroom/ living space has a twin over twin bunk and full over full bunk bed.
