Please note Pool access is managed by the condo association and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance beyond our control. Our 2-story 3BR townhome is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, near shopping centers, restaurants, medical care, banks, Walmart, Publix, etc, with less than a 30-minute drive to one of our beautiful white sand beaches. HIGH-SPEED fiber internet. Self-check-in with keypad. Unwind in the cozy living area, furnished with your comfort in mind perfect for movie nights or engaging conversations. Enjoy one of the local restaurants or cook at home with a fully stocked kitchen awaiting your culinary adventures. Please note food and non-water beverages are downstairs only. This beautiful 3-bedroom townhome sleeps 6 people with the addition of a sleeping sofa located on the main level. The master room holds a queen bed, 2nd room has a full-size bed, and 3rd room holds two twin beds, a washer and dryer, and a clothing steamer, and both full baths have a hair dryer. We provide starter consumables of toilet paper and paper towels. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, pool towels, coffee, tea, dish/laundry detergent etc. Please note these are provided per stay, not per day.
