Best Western Plus la Fayette Hotel et Spa

Over priced. The restaurant, "fine dining" was expensive with poor service. In the end, the hotel couldn't offer a receipt from restaurant visit and too much charged. I will not recommend this place and I would not return.

Stayed 2 nights here and the location and external appearance on arrival was worrying. However the interior was very well appointed and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention for Emily at reception who went out of her way to resolve our initial rooms problems-always with a smile! Comfortable bed, good bathroom and a quite position. The restaurant was surprisingly very good and at a reasonable price, although the bottle of wine we chose was grossly overpriced, but we knew it!

We asked for a quiet room and this request was fully met. We received a room at the end of a ground floor corridor, where no other guests would pass. Between the door to the corridor and the bedroom is a hall with bathroom and WC, so there are two doors between the bedroom and the corridor of the hotel. The air condition worked well and was easy to control. We switched it off, since the room had shutters outside the window, so we could keep the window open. Even with open window, there was little noise from outside. A good thing is the WC, separated from the bathroom. We had a great dinner for 22 euro pp. The chef has talent if he is able to serve such a tasty and well presented three courses dinner for that price. No wonder that most guests decided to have dinner in the hotel! We did not use the Spa and other facilities in the hotel. The batteries of the remote control for the TV were corroded. After mentioning it to the reception they were replaced. The location of the hotel is ideal for travellers, close to the highway. If you want to see the centre of Épinal, however, you will need to drive. The hotel is located in an industrial (economic) zone, but it's still possible to have a nice walk in the environment. Opposite the hotel is an ALDI for all your groceries (or a half bottle of wine) and in 3 minutes walk your reach a nice bakery where you can have breakfast with a croissant and coffee or tea (If you are not in for an extensive buffet).

Je connaissais l'hôtel depuis de nombreuses année en soirée étape notamment... un passage dans la région m'a permis de renouveler l'expérience. J'ai apprécié la modernité de la chambre et la qualité du service dans son ensemble.

Lors du rallye de la route blanche 2024 nous avons séjourner une nuit dans cette hôtel. Rien à redire un établissement vraiment parfait. Chambre nikel et au top et côté restaurant un menu à la hauteur de certains gastro. Une belle étape dans cette hôtel

Rapport qualité prix top et le personnel au petit soin, bien situé pour se rendre à différents endroits à visiter. Épinal a voir avec des promenades au bord de l’eau. Vraiment un hôtel classe et à connaître

Tous, la Direction tout comme le personnel de BW Lafayette d’Épinal sont terriblement Adorable, vraiment excellent et dévoué à la clientèle… Franchement Top……Nous y reviendrons de toute évidence…! Un grand Merci et une excellente année à tous …!!!!
