Travelodge Hotel - Epsom Central

Stayed at Travelodge recently and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and check-in was smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made a difference. It’s in a great spot too easy to get around. Nothing fancy, but for the price, it was spot on. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Travelodge Epsom Central and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a simple hotel, but it delivers exactly what you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Every member of staff I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable — just what I needed after a long day.

Furious! What a terrible nights sleep! We were on the third floor. Even when we went to Check in at reception we noticed how hot it was in the hotel. Once in our room we realised there was no air conditioning in the building! Our room was really stuffy and hot. There was a small desk top fan which quite frankly was a waste of time as just blew the hot air around. The window would only open about three inches or so for security reasons I presume. We were literally awake all night! We were too hot! There was no fresh air in the room! No air conditioning! The shower was very low pressure as well Awful awful stay! Will never stay in a Travelodge again! All we’ve got is an apology from complaints department! Not good enough! They should tell people in advance there is no air conditioning! They’ve blamed it on the hot weather! Which on that day wasn’t too hot, in actual fact there had been showers! I want a refund! Be warned… if you stay there it’s hot!

I've stayed at a few Travelodges and this one has to be one of the nicest. The building is modern, the rooms seem to have been recently refurbished and the whole building is spotlessly clean. The reception staff, without exception, were all welcoming and helpful and Ismail topped up my room when I asked as I'd forgotten to put the notice out. As a lone female traveller I felt safe that the main doors are key-entry only between 10pm and 6am and the staff assured me they are there 24 hours and gave me their number to call if I had any problems. The town centre appears to be thriving (not an empty shop in sight!) and one is spoiled for choice for restaurants, there's also a Co-op and a Tesco just a few steps away and a Costa downstairs. The biggest bonus though has to be its proximity to the train station with trains into both Waterloo and Victoria. My room was on the front of the building so I wasn't bothered at all by train noise but, honestly, even if I were, it's a small price to pay for such a prime location.

noisey room backed onto epsom main line .. should have knonw better !!! no free parking.. adds up to £15 to over night

First time stay at this one. Friendly, helpful staff throughout stay. Nice clean, comfortable and relaxing rooms. Will definitely stay here again.
