From this lake front home you can swim, fish and dock your boat on this property's private dock. The house has a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and beautiful lake views. Additionally, there are 2 twin beds in the loft and a queen sofabed in the livingroom. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The large deck on the lakeside of the house has patio furniture and a grill for you to relax and enjoy the views. In the winter you can snowmobile from the property to all the main trails and you can ice fish on the lake from the property as well.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Beautiful location! We loved being right on the water and having access to kayaks. Beautiful cabin, kitchen and laundry were great.

Overall it was great. Kitchen was stock wide variety of items to use. Kayaks came in handy because 1 of ours had a crack that leaked. Kids loved the paddle boat. Plenty firewood for s’ mores. Ponds water super clear. Washer, dryer and dishwasher. Basically you able to pack less and enjoy your stay more. Clear view to watch meteor shower. I can go on and on.

Just awesome! Those were the feelings by everyone in the family this week. The view is amazing, the house is set up for pure relaxation, and the host is great with communication. Can’t say enough great things!

Friday night, rugs on deck blowing off covering the deck that should’ve been painted years ago, also found furniture small I’m only 6 feet tall but kitchen table, seats, recliners, could’ve all been better. Overall, we believe it was overpriced, but not frowning upon the visit. Young family 670 overpriced.

Quiet retreat in the Spring
Lovely accommodation on a pond setting. Saw loons and an eagle! Wanted to explore the area further, but the weather was not kind on this trip. Would return.

Akers Pond weekend gettaway
We had a wonderfull time. We saw a loon, a king fisher, and a mallard duck fly in right from the deck of the house. Thank you for allowing us the use of the cabin.

Easy to like this cottage home on Akers
Myself and two friends stayed for 3 days and it worked out very well with the location, convenience, the home and its amenities. Some rough weather did not allow any kayaking time at the lake, but the view was quite nice from the patio and regarding the inside the one main central room was great for our small group to spend time, cook, tv, etc. It was nice that everything worked 100% perfectly and it was 100% clean. As for location, Errol was a great central point for the Dixville area, Lake Umbagog, Androscoggin River and trails near Stark where we hiked. As for the details, note that the upper loft is a low ceiling area and worked well for me, but might not for a large person or someone with less mobility.
