Typic Art

The location is fantastic as it's an easy walk to our favourite beach and to local restaurants etc. But - the safe boxes weren't in the room but in a separate building. The security door to the building was constantly left open. There was no hot water before 09.00-09.30 and no hot water at all in the kitchen. Also the drains in the bathroom and kitchen were very slow to drain, particularly the bathroom. The towels were very rough, like sand paper.

I was quite impressed with theses appartments. We were on a group holiday for a wedding, so I also saw other peoples apartment. Mine was to sleep 6 had 2 bedrooms nice sizes and a pull out sofa bed that we didnt use as there was only 4 of us. Only negative for my room was slight mould in toilet/bathroom in top right of ceiling area. In our appartments it was quite cute has a sliding glass door that seperates the toilet from the shower, found this ideal. Other than that no complaints would defo stay there again. Nice simple clean pool area with sun loubgers, it was not busy so this was ideal for us we stayed mid May for 6 nights. I saw my other families appartment and they had 3 bedrooms and one of the bedrooms had an on-suite bathroom/toilet, i was well jelous. Both our appartments were on the 3rd floor.(there are no lifts so if you would prefeer a lower floor I would advise to request this in your booking). Taxi to the airport was 45 euros which we got from across the road from the apartments otherwise they add an extra 5 euros on. Location is good they are litterally across the road from the beach, just a slight walk down to it. A few nice resturants and supermarkets all on the doorstep surrounding the beach, also a taxi rank. You can also grab a taxi for 8-10 euros down to Santa Eulalia,there is a marina there with posh resturants lots of shop and a beautiful beach, apparently they call this this westend of Ibiza, defo worth a visit,beautiful sandy beach. We went down there and a had a lovely italian meal. Overall they are clean and nice, good location.

Great Apartments in a Great Location............ I was a little concerned when we first arrived as I thought the apartments were above Popeye's and had been refurbished. Ours was further along above the Arts shop, and looked a little tired and clearly not refurbished. I was a little disappointed as this was one of the reasons we picked 'Typic Art' following extensive research on many properties/apartments. However for the 2 of us, it was more than adequate! Large bedroom with a massive wardrobe, hall way and bathroom then the sitting room/kitchenette which had a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, hob top etc.....so everything you needed if you wanted to be self sufficient. 2 Wardrobes with A LOT of hangers which is great :) and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Great sized balcony with airier/dryer. There is a pool linked to the apartments behind Popeye's but we never used this. Also never used the safety deposit boxes. My only 2 complaints are - 1) I asked for T/Rolls a couple of times, but never received any so had to buy our own 2) Inconsiderate/Noisy other guests - People seem to have lost the ability to close doors as apposed to slamming them! They also cant' pick up chairs and tables and move them either, rather drag them across floors then slam them into walls! Screaming and shouting and loud music! I mean the list goes on, but this is not the fault of 'Typic Arts' just society we live in now unfortunately! However becomes quite tiresome after a while! All in all I have to say my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at 'Typic' and we would absolutely come back and stay again! The location is literally meters up a small hill from the beach, its close to supermarkets and shops galore, so you can't go wrong! :)

Siamo stati una settimana al Typic art e devo dire che è stata una vacanza al top! Servizio e personale da 10,piscina da relax dopo una giornata di mare,e locale sotto al residence molto carino,con anch’esso personale gentilissimo!Tony troppo simpatico! Zona tranquilla,ma vicino a tutto!

Nos vacances ont été annulées en mars 2020 à cause de la pandémie. Nous avions déjà payé un acompte du séjour. L'hôtel nous a proposé un bon valable jusqu'en novembre 2022. Nous n'avons pa pu aller à Ibiza jusqu'à cette date et voulions y aller en mai prochain. Ils ont refusé catégoriquement notre voucher. Ils étaient bien contents d'avoir notre fric en ces moments difficiles de COVID mais après ils en ont vraiment plus rien à faire car de toute façon, il y a du monde. Je déconseillerai à toutes mes connaissances d'aller chez ces profiteurs!!! Je suis très fâchée.
