La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, con una vista muy bonita y con muchísimos restaurantes al lado en el puerto. Cuesta un poco llegar, eso sí, y es probable que en temporada alta sea muy difícil aparcar. El desayuno de notable. La ducha de cortesía el último día por la tarde es un detallazo para aprovechar bien el día de salida. El servicio muy atento.

La habitación me ha resultado pequeña.

Our second visit and we love the hotel as much as the first time. However, for me, the quality of the food wasn’t quite as good as last year. Don’t get me wrong, we loved the selection of things but something about was missing this year. We did inform the patient experience manager that we didn’t think things were quite right as it’s only fair to feedback rather than being a keyboard warrior. The positives outweigh the minor negatives- All of the staff are fabulous and work so hard. Location is stunning - lots of bars/restaurants in the harbour if you want a walk/eat out Roof top terrace has the the best views, plenty of sun loungers, a bar, whirl pools and a breeze Rooms are spotless and beds comfy All inclusive drinks are very good Brilliant 15 minute transfer We are planning our trip for next year as we love this place!

Overall enjoyed our stay, great location for bars and restaurants. You can walk into Mahón or get a bus very easily. Room a bit on the small side, however bed was super king size and very comfortable. Would suggest sea view room, lots of boats and activity to watch. Roof top bar lovely. Could benefit from some sun shade. Check in was a bit clunky.

We had a wonderful week here and although the hotel isn’t perfect, it’s good and location is perfect. Beds are fabulous- super king size with great bed linen. However you could hear people above moving furniture around above us, and the room isn’t really big enough for the fabulous sized bed! (We couldn’t open our balcony door fully, as it banged into our bed). Fantastic breakfast and loved the roof top area for sunbathing. Helpful and pleasant staff. Would love to return.

A wonderful 10 night stay in this lovely hotel. Package deal with Jet2. Would highly recommend the superior sea view rooms. Arrived mid day using Jet2 private transfer. Easy, pleasant check in with a glass of Cava and our room was ready for us. Yes the rooms are compact but once you open the curtains and take in the sea view everything else falls into place. The rooms are well appointed, good size walk in shower with over head and hand held water jets. There is a fridge, telephone and well positioned electric sockets either side of bed and next to mirrors. The rooms are cleaned daily and the white linen and lovely large white bath towels are spot on. We utilised both sunbathing areas but preferred the roof top Sky bar area with its sun-beds and whirlpools. I tend to eat most cuisine whereas my wife prefers a roast and vegetables. The food was for both of us the best choice we’ve received for a number of years. The dining room is spacious with indoor and two outdoor areas. We chose the indoor to avoid the Pigeons. Food was set out well and not too spaced out, a great choice at breakfast and dinner, all buffet style. We had no issue with the temperature of the food, red hot plates were available and the central cooking station cooked fresh eggs and Omelettes at breakfast and a choice of meat and fish in the evening. We were half board and chose one of the local cafe/restaurants for lunch or ate out on our journeys to Mahón and Binibeca. There is free use of a small safe in the room and staff were quick to supply any extras to the room ie a bottle opener, glasses. The entertainment in our opinion was not the best, one was cancelled due to illness and the three we watched were all individual artists which to us lacked atmosphere. A resident band with some guest artists would have suited us better but that’s just part of what this hotel offers. The staff were pleasant and helpful and thanks to Paloma for the surprise bottle of Cava. A most relaxing holiday at a lovely hotel with the added bonus of a short 10/15 min walk to Cala Fonts where we enjoyed pre dinner drinks at ‘Peter’s’ bar. Peter’s bar is Well worth a visit for views, welcome and price. We had a lovely stay at the Barcello Hamilton Es Castell and are happy to recommend it. 😁.
