Его причина: вы не отменили подписку. 454,84 доллара США за «не отмену»? В отеле нас не приняли, потому что у меня есть собака. Это отличный способ разрушить деловую репутацию и обеспечить плохое обслуживание клиентов. Вы были предупреждены. ОСТЕРЕГАТЬСЯ!!!!!

Нам очень понравилась Колина де Лапа. Останавливались в апартаментах с собственной кухней на первом этаже, и это было огромно! Полноразмерная, хорошо оборудованная кухня, большая гостиная, спальня и ванная комната. Плюс балконы спереди и сзади. Территория потрясающая, красивый бассейн и все место тихое и чистое. Я рекомендую вам арендовать автомобиль, так как он находится в глуши, но это была одна из причин, по которой мы выбрали это место. Я никогда не останавливался в таких больших и хорошо оборудованных апартаментах для отдыха! На кухне есть все, что вам может понадобиться, включая полноразмерный холодильник, микроволновую печь, кофемашину с фильтром, тостер, электрическую соковыжималку, электрический блендер и даже стиральную машину! Персонал очень услужливый, полотенца меняют, кровати застилают ежедневно. Исключительное соотношение цены и качества. О, и есть небольшой магазин в 5 минутах ходьбы и большой супермаркет в 5 минутах езды. Два пляжа в шаговой доступности, но будьте осторожны, много ступенек!

I would recommend the Colina da Lapa Resort and Villas, Sesmarias, Carvoeiro/Ferragudo, Algarve, Portugal. We stayed here in April 2024 on an easyJet Holidays break to the Algarve for a few days. The Colina da Lapa Resort and Villas complex is beautiful, beautiful grounds and beautiful buildings, very clean. The staff are extremely helpful in reception, they are always happy to help you with anything, organising anything for you etc. I cannot fault the apartment we had, the apartment for a 1 bedroom place was huge, a little dated but generally spotlessly clean, immaculate. It had a kitchen, 2 balconies, large bathroom, large living room with fireplace (would be great in winter), great views over Ferragudo and Portimao, plus lovely views of the lovely complex. Perfect if you were staying for a week. The swimming pools were fantastic as were the sunbeds. The accommodation is very quiet which is very nice and not overcrowded etc. It is a shame it is a way out of town of Carvoeiro and a little isolated being in Sesmarias, and away from the big supermarkets near Lagoa unless you have a car in which case it’s perfect. However I would highly recommend also if you wanted somewhere close to eat and reasonable prices, then the Luisa Restaurant is definitely a great place to eat. Also there is a small Sesmarias Supermarket which is reasonable. Generally though it is a lovely clean resort and quiet, beautiful buildings grounds, great staff. Great stay. Would recommend the Colina da Lapa resort and villas. I would also reccommend hiring a car or motorcycle (which can be done and ordered through the resort).

We where 20 friends who had 3 villas. What a beautiful area and peaceful nice, clean and up to date. The villas are wonderful the highlight is the pool area that is amazing. We all enjoyed this place so much that we will go back. After reading some negative comments about Colina we all 20 still dont understand if we have been to the same place. The restaurant and the main pool area and the bar and staff are just wonderful friendly and nice. The staff that look after our villas was just wonderful and friendly . We had 10 days here and we sure want to go back again for longer stays. We all travelled to explore the coast of Algarve and we just loved it. Ferragudo the little town with nice restaurants and bars where good. We had a fantastic time in Colina and we have actually nothing negative to say. The reception staff was great and helpful . The apartment was spacious and very clean fully equipped kitchen beds comfortable maid service excellent with change of linen most days. It was slightly dated. Pool very clean Restaurant excellent shuttle bus good , alot of walking to get to beaches etc nice and peaceful

We stayed there for 4 nights mid September and I have to say it was really great experience. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Surrounding areas were nice with a very clean pool. Place was really quiet in September which made our stay very relaxing. Reception staff always helpful. It is a great location but you need a car to be able to get to the beach or town. I highly recommend it.

We have just returned from a week stay at the colina de lapas villas in Portugal. All I can say is I would return right now. First impressions were it was a ghost town. We arrived on a Sunday and there was no-one around at all. Receptionist was welcoming and gave us key and map. We were staying in a 1 bed apartment (me, my husband and our 12 year old)..the apartment was huge. We were downstairs which was fine. We would open the patio doors and lay a blanket on the grass to catch the sun. Beds were comfy enough, kitchen was well equipped...there was a lot of brown but this did not offend... cleaner came daily and was great. Nearest shop is a shortish walk down the main road. Highly recommend a hire car to get around as this location is pretty far from the beach. The areas around are beautiful and need exploring... check out the caves ;) Go to reception they will get you a great deal on a car. Our apartment was right by the tennis courts and we played tennis daily... we have no skills in this department 🙄 Finally other than the beautiful grounds I cannot express how wonderful the restaurant staff were. They were attentive, they laughed with us and catered to our every need. We received 10% discount every night and the steak was divine. We ordered pizza one night as the daughter was poorly, delivered to our room... fantastic food. Fantastic quality. We missed breakfast on our last day so they kindly prepared a packed lunch for us to take with us that morning. This did not compare to the best scrambled eggs and bacon I've ever had but it was a really kind gesture. My daughter loved the spaghetti bolognese. Pool was very cold but clean and the grounds are beautiful. Not a busy place and not full of people but we have enjoyed a superbly relaxing week of great food, great banter and a lot of tennis balls flying everywhere. Only negative was the people above us seemed to be moving furniture all night and yikes was it loud. Not the thickest of walls. Would return in a heartbeat.

Flat 3/5- does the job Accommodation is good very basic. The sofa bed is at least 15 years old requires lots of attempts to pack away. Food - 2/5- Breakfast is very basic , they have cooked eggs and bacon made to order. Out of 5 days we stayed they did not have bacon 4 days. The juice is industrial not fresh. The ham and cheese area has wasps and flies that at times you have to fan away to be able to get your food. This can be fixed with simple changes. The cereal is basic value cereal. The coffee is basic. Location - 5/5 The location is good very quiet and relaxing. Pool is clean and not very busy. Staff at the resort are very friendly. Staff 10/10 Overall would say it’s a good 3 star - knowing this will avoid disappointment. Restaurant evening and lunch is very good.

Difficult to find any positive point to this establishment. Except maybe the surface of the villa. In brief: • Dirty, unlit and unusable pool and jacuzzi for 3 days out of the 7 of our stay. It took 3 days and multiple claims for the issue to be fixed. Not once did the General Manager contact us, or even apologize for the inconvenience. • Industrial breakfast (no fresh bread, no fresh fruit, no fresh juice, extremely limited choice if not non-existent). In short, no breakfast at all. • Only one power outlet per room, making it impossible to charge various electronic devices simultaneously and no safe to secure our stuff. • Garden furniture in insufficient quantity (we were 9 and there were only 5 seats in the terrace lounge). • Deficient maintenance of garden furniture with pronounced wear. Table with stains and burn marks, broken chairs and foams crushed cushions. • Stove from another age (plates from the 80s) and insufficient electrical power to operate all 4 plates at the same time. • No toothbrush rack in the bathroom, nor laundry hook near the shower. • Unoperational Wifi outside the living room (around the pool and in the lounge area) • Villa located 10 meters from a major road. Non-isolating and non-phonic glazing. Heavy road noise early in the morning. Valid for all villa 401 to 411. • Lots of ants everywhere, in the jacuzzi, in the pool, in the villa. "commited to excellence" as per their website. Not even sure they know what "excellence" mean !. Both in terms of the services offered and the behavior of the management. Avoid!
