Превосходное расположение и прекрасный вид из бара и ресторана на крыше. Мы останавливались в канун Нового года, и там был диджейский сет и большой концерт в течение двух ночей, из-за чего в номере было очень шумно. Однако с этим отель ничего не мог поделать, так что, по крайней мере, было весело отпраздновать Новый год. Номер был нормальным, но уборка была довольно медленной. В целом я могу рекомендовать этот отель, наблюдение за закатами в баре было изюминкой нашей поездки в Фару.

The reception and restaurant staff are friendly and efficient. It would be better if there is kettle/coffee machine inside the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed by its central location – wherever you’re heading in Faro, it’s generally no more than a six-minute walk. It’s ideal for exploring the city on foot. The standout feature for me was the rooftop restaurant and bar. The views over the sea are absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset – a perfect spot to unwind with a drink. Breakfast was another highlight: a fantastic spread with a huge variety of options, well presented and regularly replenished. Rooms are modern, spacious, and well designed, offering a comfortable stay. The gym looked well equipped, though I didn’t use it during my visit. Service was fine – polite and efficient, but very much in line with what I’ve come to expect in Portugal: functional, with no one particularly going out of their way. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with a great location, excellent breakfast, and memorable views.

The room was basic with no tissues or pen/paper. Advertised to have a mini bar but there wasn’t one. One day wasn’t cleaned so had to go on hunt for toilet paper. The spa was non existent, sauna and Turkish bath there but turned off, massage table there but offering no massages. Not really what we wanted and overpriced but had to make the best of it.

A totally worn out matrasse which hascaused serious painful experice during our stay in your Hotel. Even so we have informed your staff immediately about this serious issue but nobody did anything to solve this serious Matter. So no other room or even another matrasse has been available or offered to us. Fully understood that this could happen but shouldn't happen a a hotel of your category so as an experienced frequent traveller i expect a reasonable compensation Nevertheless up to know no serious exciuses or compensation has happend. Pretty Disappoint !!!!!!!!!!! That is not the way how to respect clients.

The location is perfect, just a walking distance from the bus station and city center.  The room is big enough for 3 people. However, you could tell the staffs didn’t clean the room enough, the bathtub is with hair.

Overrated,the rooms are duty and stinky.Definitely not worth that price.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location on the waterfront, within easy walking distance of many local shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, historical sites like the old town, and the local bus station which is handy for a bus to the airport. The hotel is very clean and well-presented, and has a very nice restaurant and rooftop bar. The rooms are large with a luxurious feel, however a gap under the door let in a significant amount of light and noise from the corridor, although the corridor and other areas of the hotel were generally very quiet. The hotel restaurant is good, however doesn't really have much for vegetarians, and nothing for vegans, and is generally limited in choice, which is disappointing as the dining room is very nice, and the staff are excellent. The restaurant is also more expensive than many of the surrounding restaurants which offer broader menus and more choice for those with dietary restrictions, so was not very appealing. In all, I found this hotel to be very pleasant, and good value for money, with excellent, friendly staff who accommodated me well with their perfect English.

Fantastic service and location, we arrive early and the hotel let us check in early, buffet breakfast very nice and all reception staff very friendly and helpful , will come back again.
