Silo Valley Farm, 50 Acres, Fishing, Boating & Golf Cart

We purchased the farm house in 2017 and did a complete renovation of the old farm house with 2 private bedrooms and a den, 2 & 1/2 baths surrounded by 53 acres of breath taking land with tall trees, running steam and 2 beautiful ponds full of fish. Many trails, fishing (catch and release), boating, target shooting as well as bow & arrow. Seasonal hunting (dear, docks and geese) or many games available to keep you busy (corn hole, badminton, etc. ). There is a 4 seater golf cart to roam around the property. There is always something to do at the farm and when you done, just sit around the fire pits or the ponds and enjoy the beauties nature offers and forget about the outside noise. The space We bought the farm early in 2017 when we fell in love with the farm and surrounding lands on the first look. The old farm house dated back to 1800. We tried to keep the old charm with the new when we renovated it from top to bottom in mid 2017. Surrounded by 53 acres of open land, trees, water and total privacy. There are 4 venues to hang out on the property. 2 Patios, one off the kitchen and one on the back porch next to the front entrance and 2 fire pits to sit around at nights. There is also a 1000 sq ft. pavilion looking over the pond with a catering kitchen for entertainment. Guest access There is over 50 acreage of beautiful land with 2 ponds surrounded by tall trees. There are much more acreage surrounding the farm that you can use for trails. It sleeps up to 4 adults or children. Please advise in advance you need additional sleeping quarters. Other things to note You’re in heaven if you like outdoor, barbecue, fishing, walking different trails, outdoor games, shooting targets, relax around the firepit or on one of the patios. There are always something you can find to do at the farm. In addition there are 6 adirondack chairs on the upper pond to enjoy an afternoon nap or feed the fishes. There is also a 6 person dome tent available to use on the upper shelf in the closet next to the front door.
