Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Completely remodeled 1890’s farmhouse located in Warrenton behind Zapp Hall. It is 4 miles from Round Top. Marburger Farm is only a mile and Junk Gypsy is 3 miles. It is walking distance to all of Warrenton. Peaceful and lovely Absolutely pleasant in every way, from the moment I walked in the door I felt at home the cottage was beautifully put together, clean, smelled lovely, and the beds were so cozy.Everything was also so thoughtfully stocked from the coffee along with all the different creamer to the bathroom with the higher quality lotions, body wash, shampoos and conditioners, they even have individual packs of toothpaste set out. The attention to detail is thorough to say the least.The next morning I enjoyed a cup a coffee on the front porch while taking in the beautiful scenery it was so lovely and peaceful my daughter and I look forward to booking a stay there again sometime soon in the future.

Amazing Stay Second time to stay at this property. Definitely plan on coming back. Extremely clean and well kept. We brought our own water and coffee- but they even had drip coffee available and some bottled waters in the fridge. We used the two downstairs beds and they are very comfortable.The location is TRULY unbeatable! You can walk to all of your favorite Warrenton shopping.

Mom/Daughter Round Top Overnight Our stay was lovely! Communication and check-in process went flawlessly. The cottage was very clean & cozy. We loved having 2 separate bedrooms, bath and a kitchen for late night snacks and early morning coffee before hitting the tents. We have already booked again for Spring 2025!

Best place to stay! The cottage was the perfect getaway spot with all the luxuries of life included. Very clean, well stocked and well maintained home that provided my husband and I and our friends relaxation and respite. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and I cannot wait to go back!
