Ocean front condo on Amelia Island! Amelia South L5. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths! Enjoy the sunrise from your 5th floor balcony. Large beach front pool with private beach access. RENOVATED; new fully equipped kitchen, new beds and mattresses, new toilets, new big-screen smart TV! WiFi and YouTubeTV INCLUDED!!! Linens and bath towels provided along with a washer and dryer in the unit. Note* we DO NOT have a pull out couch.
Also included is a 20% off coupon for sunglasses at Eye Envy Optical in Fernandina Beach. Save up to $50 on Costa, RayBan, Oakley, Smith Optics or Maui Jim!
Kitchen well equipped with a Keurig plus traditional coffee maker, waffle maker, blender and all standard cookware!
The Amelia South Condominium is the perfect beach front location on the island, just a short drive to the shops and restaurants of historic downtown Fernandina Beach. If you want to park it and forget it, located directly across the street is the recently renovated Surf Restaurant and Bar with great food and entertainment.

Easy check-in to a great place, well-stocked with everything you need for a good time at the beach. Our go-to place on Amelia Island time and time again!

Overall a great stay. We had some minor issues but nothing major and Garrett and his dad were very responsive in getting us situated with those. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Good vacation
The condo itself was great and Garrett was very responsive! The building was a bit old, but the pool was kept clean and updated. We really appreciated the strong water pressure in the showers and the quiet fans throughout the condo. We loved sitting on the balcony for lunch and happy hour to watch the waves.

This was our second stay here, and we will keep returning. The condo has amazing views, is so comfortable, and has everything a summer rental needs.

Wonderful condo!
The condo was very easy to find, the location was perfect. The pool was wonderful and just a short walk to the beach. Garrett was very responsive and the condo was super clean. We will definitely stay here again.

It was lovely. The weather held up at the right times. The TV fire stick was full and I texted my contact about that. Also, my Aunt was in the condo alone at one point and a person saying maintenance was trying to come in but she was not dressed appropriately. I didn’t have a heads up so what ever maintenance needing doing was done. Suggestion in the future to give the guest a heads up for those kinds of things because that wasn’t a good time.

Mr. Garrett’s property is beautiful and perfect for a small size family vacation. We were greeted with a small gift basket and a nice bottle of wine in the refrigerator. This was my family’s second time staying at the location and it was as good as the first stay. We were able to bring the grandparents with us this time and they enjoyed every day. There is no better way to wake up every morning than the sun coming up over the ocean. We had coffee every morning on the balcony with the sunrise, while watching dolphins fishing along the surf. 100/10 stars!!!

Great room!
Condo was very clean and view was great. Easy walk to pool and beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Would definitely stay here again, the family loved it.
