You are in for a one of a kind experience at this traditional Moroccan Dar from a dream!! The enchanting atmosphere, impeccable service, and attention to detail exceeded all of our expectations. Every corner of this Dar house exuded charm and authenticity, with traditional Moroccan architecture, decor, and hospitality. This is a family run business and they treat you as if you are a guest in their own home. The staff were incredible— Muneer greeted us at 1:30am even though we had only booked online two hours prior for our impromptu stop in Fes. The owner, Abdul Karim, was a highlight of our trip. He is as his namesake in Arabic— most generous; and treated us as family friends by checking on us with a bright smile, conversed warmly with us and when we asked, offered honest recommendations and suggestions about our itinerary for the day. He recommended some non-touristy places for us to check out. We met his son and daughter who manages their second property. Incredible people. This accommodation is located in the very heart of the old city, which is inside of the city gates all cobblestone streets (and no cars are allowed). Note that it’s about an easy 10 minute walk from the city gate to the hotel (so pack lightly :). From the welcoming staff to the beautifully adorned rooms, our experience was nothing short of magical. Dar Hafsa truly captures the essence of Fes, making our visit unforgettable. Highly recommend for a delightful blend of luxury and cultural immersion.

BEAUTIFUL bed and breakfast, can't stop taking pictures of the inside. Staff super friendly and helping, very attentive to their guests needs. Good generous breakfast and relax atmosphere. Nice terrasse on the rooftop where you can enjoy your minth tea or a smoke. We arrived late (past 11pm) and it wasn't an issue at all as Mounir is there in the evenings to let guests in and do the late check ins.

This gorgeous riad is a few steps away from the main street of the busy medina, so you can be in the centre and quiet and relax to have a good rest. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, also very helpful and with great recommendations so you can get the best out of your stay in the city but also your trip. Definitely recommended.

I stayed here for one night with my partner and even before we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable - the owners offered to meet us and guide us to the riad, as it's located in the maze of the Medina! The room was beautiful, very clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I'd ever slept on. The riad is beautifully decorated, it's very traditional and was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Thank you for such a great stay!

I really loved this riad. We stayed 4 nights and it’s affordable! People working at the hotel is really welcoming and kind. They help you find your way in Fès and do some suggestions for activities and restaurants. They’re invested in the comfort of their clients. They’re respectful and open-minded. The room is clean. The breakfast is really good. Aziz and the other employees are good people. I would stayed longer if i could!

Top value and lovely old style. Abdul has great connections to all the local businesses and makes the stay effortless and wonderful. Excellent customer service which will live with you for many years.

I already love Fes as city for its people, culture, food, and scenery, but this place made me fall in love with it even more! The place is absolutely charming —traditionally designed, but complete with modern amenities. That’s not even the best part. The hosts are incredible, honest, and very service-minded. From the moment I checked in, they gave me food and attraction recommendations that did not disappoint. They also made sure I was safe at all times, recommending me to trusted tour guides and giving me helpful tips about what to look out for. As a solo traveler I cannot stress how appreciated this is. If you’re on the fence about this hotel, definitely book it. For me, this hotel alone is worth returning to Fes for.

Had a wonderful stay at Dar Hafsa. They are very honest and good people, and the rooms are very nice and clean. They are extremely helpful with their tips and recommendations. They did our laundry and showed us the safest and cheapest place to park. Highly recommend!
