非常好！所有都很滿意

酒店在古城的邊上，位置比較好。從酒店兩端都可以進入古城，由於古城道路非常複雜，最好用google map。房間隔音不好，房間燈光昏暗，衞生間簡單。早餐最大的問題是蠻，非常慢，不是自助餐，是人工服務，主要是各種麪食，黃油，蜂蜜。有煎蛋，但要有耐心（20-30分鐘）。

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location with stunning views over the Medina. My room was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean and came with a bath so I could have a leisurely soak after a day’s sightseeing. The restaurant is superb, and the food is excellent-beware the portions are enormous. Wonderful staff-special thanks to Abdul who helped with my luggage and to Yusuf in reception who was also very helpful along with Mohammed and Youssra who provided excellent and attentive service in the restaurant. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Fez.

I recently visited your establishment, and I was met with a deeply disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was informed that you were overbooked and could not accommodate me. However, what struck me as odd was that the place was far from crowded, and there seemed to be no valid reason for this claim. It was frustrating to be turned away without a reasonable explanation, especially when it was clear that no one else was around. What made the situation even worse was the rude behavior of the staff member handling the situation. Instead of offering a polite explanation or providing an alternative solution, the staff member was dismissive and condescending. The tone, language, and overall attitude displayed were unprofessional and added to the frustration of the situation. It felt as though my presence was more of an inconvenience than an opportunity to serve a paying customer. I understand that businesses can experience challenges, but to be treated with such disrespect and to have a clearly unjustified overbooking claim presented was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, understanding, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would not want anyone else to have to endure the same negative experience. I would appreciate a response to explain what went wrong and to ensure that future customers are not subjected to similar treatment. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

The slim lady at the reception in the evening completely lacks respect and professionalism, showing a severe lack of the necessary experience for this field. She clearly attempts to exploit visitors financially in non-transparent ways. We were given a room in extremely poor condition, with the bathroom having an unacceptable odor, while the inflated price was far beyond what was offered on booking sites, even though the place was completely empty and gave off an eerie vibe. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had, as the stay was unsatisfactory in terms of both sleep comfort and food quality. I do not recommend this place at all, so don’t waste your money and peace of mind by resorting to it.

The staff at the Dar Tazi is so kind hearted and friendly. From the roof, you have the best view possible on the medina and you should really try their selection of moroccan salads. The hotel is located right outside the old city, close to Bab Rcif.

It was my first and last time to visit PALAIS de fes dar TAZI,they have nice views but the service was so bad, instead of greeting and welcoming the guests by the door the first thing the doorman say to us is that the drinks is 50 dh without even asking him just because we are speaking Moroccan language, we went to 2 floor we meet the service lady, she heard us that was talking about the place and we said that is empty and she come to us with the menu in her hand and was really rude and was saying that this place is for vip people ( Moroccan are not welcoming to the palace) If you have a chance, don’t stay in this Riad. There are many and much better options in Fes.

This is the best place where we ate Maroccan food in Fès.The food was just amazing, fresh and very tasty! We have tried other restaurants here but it is definitely much much better than the others in the marroccan style! We definitely recommend it. They turned on the fire place just for us, they were so nice and smiling and we also had a great musician! Thank you very much for everything

Durante un tour in Marocco la nostra guida ci ha portato a vedere un riad a Fes. Bellissimo, stupendo, elegante e con una bellissima terrazza con vista sulla città. L'abbiamo solo visitato e non abbiamo soggiornato, ma penso che sia il top fare qualche giorno qui. Davvero bello e pittoresco.

Une situation exceptionnelle une vue a couper le souffle, le personnel d'une gentillesse sans égale ne parlons pas de la cuisine pour une fois une vraie cuisine marocaine sans chichi les vrais plat traditionnel de qualité cuisine qui démontre de beaucoup d'amour et un grand savoir faire

incroyable Riad immense et juste grandiose avec vue sur la médina il n'est pas au coeur de la médina mais justement très pratique car le taxi peut vous déposer devant ainsi que vos valises ! et il est aux portes de la médina le personnel est incroyablement gentil et serviable le restaurant très bon et authentique il y a plein de terrasses où vous pouvez vous installer pour contempler la médina les chambres très authentiques vraiment n'hésitez pas allez y ! merci pour votre accueil !

Posto molto pulito, cosa per noi fondamentale, si mangia bene, sono gentilissimi, inoltre purtroppo in Marocco molte mete sono lontane e loro ti aiutano ad organizzare il viaggio con autisti affidabili, al mio bambino hanno offerto biscotti del luogo, a noi ogni giorno offrivano un buonissimo the

La pire expérience depuis des années ... Bcp d'arnaques cachés, tu commandes un plat et ils te ramènent un autre sans avoir la possibilité de le changer 😡 Ils t'imposer le dessert même si tu ne l'as pas commandé sous prétexte qu'il est inclu dans un menu que seuls les serveurs connaissent l'existence 😡😡😡 Et a la fin du service ils rajoutent une somme (presque 14 euros) sous prétexte que c'est mentionné dans la carte avec une miniscule Astérix et qui n'a aucune justification. Bref, une véritable arnaque 😡😡😡😡😡

تجربة جميلة وفريدة. فكرة الإقامة رائعة. وكأنك بقصر حقيقي مع خدمة مميزة سكنت بقسم اللالا كريمة بقصر التازي. مع تراس. الديكور - المطل - دورات المياة. رائع لكن يعيب على التجربة موقع الفندق 💔 ويمكن هذا اللي يجعلني لا أُكرر التجربة. حيث تمر على ساحة مشي قبل أن تصل الدار و هي ساحة يستعملها الناس للتجمع و أنت لابد أن تمر بشناطك و اغراضك امام الجميع. وهذا شيء يُعيب المكان. فقط
