Fes can be a bit overwhelming but we had booked a cooking class for something different and we are so glad we did. This little riad in the medina is very authentic but comfortable and the staff are amazing. After shopping in the market with Youssef for ingredients, Neda instructed us in cooking lamb and vegetable tagine with couscous, with translation assistance from Hiba who was very patient answering our questions. Food was so good! Youssef helped my husband out afterwards with getting a haircut, thats how amazing they are. Highly recommend 😊
