Nothing to complain, everything was perfect. I want to highlight the dinner meal - it was outstanding good. The receiving area is very small and not friendly. The wellness area is equipped with a indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam sauna in good condition.

Perfect and perfect again after a year... Great hotel that deserves 5 stars *****, reception perfect, rooms tidy, modern, spacious, wellness, massages first class. Breakfast buffet, afternoon snack - I recommend traditional strudel, five-course dinner with service (in the morning you choose what you want for dinner), "Sergi" was in charge of us and we have to thank him not only for his willingness and preparation of our daughters' birthday party at dinner rich selection and the food is a truly luxurious affair. There is also a possibility to play billiards. Staff very willing.

Excellent location, well organized transfer to the cable car, well equipped hotel with pleasant wellness facilities. Great restaurant, predictable breakfast service and nice dinners. Minor remark on the pool table (too small room). Other guests couldn’t follow the rules in the wellness but it’s not the hotel’s fault. Recommended accommodation.

Comfortable room with good amount of space and nice view, very tasty food with good choice every day, variety of choices for breakfast and nice spa/swimming pool. The kids’ playground is a great place for the little ones. The position of the hotel is good both for a walk in Castelrotto and to get to Seiseralm through the lift. A nice walk and lunch on the Fiè Lake is also a lovely outdoor activity. My only downside was the strong sweat smell in the corridors/bedrooms/lifts, that we experienced for two years in a row, coming from cleaning staff. It’s really annoying as you wish and expect to go back to a good smelling room which has just been cleaned and you find this instead.

Very friendly personnel. Especially in the restaurant. Good quality of food. Varied dinner options. Good breakfast buffet. Gluten-free options. Time slots for eating could be longer, especially for dinner. Great location for mountain activities like walking, hiking, climbing. Bus stop 1 min from hotel.

the room was large. You can walk directly from the hotel into the mountains if yo like or you can take the bus that brings you to the Seiser Alm Bahn. Friendly staff and excellent food. Value for money!

Nice hotel. Staff super nice. Great food. They also have a nice spa, the only cons is there is only one person for treatments and it was impossible to book what we wished. Suggestion: spa is understaffed, I’m sure you can do better and make more money;)

The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok . I can see now . Very embarrassed for us in front to another guest . The dinner first 2 nights was great . Last 2 nights, Thursday and Friday was very disappointed for us and next tables .

All in all a great experience for our family with two daughters aged 6 and 4 (especially considering the deal we got of around €200 per night half board). Location is excellent for exploring the beautiful surroundings by hiking, biking, bussing, or driving. Food in general was really good too. Why I did not give it 5 stars (again, remembering what we paid): - children’s play room is in a dungeon that smells of cigarettes from the 80s - with such a perfect location and magnificent views, I cannot figure out why they decided to have the dining area look out on the parking area. - Really annoyed to be slapped with a bill afterwards of €3.70 per litre of water at the restaurant in the evenings (whoever is trying to make cars run on water better think twice - it’s apparently really expensive stuff). Left with a bad taste in my mouth; why don’t they just add €10 to the price at the start and include water? I probably would return if I get another deal, but not for the normal price of ~€400 per night.

Secondo anno in questo albergo: ho confermato la scelta che avevo fatto anno scorso del tutto casualmente. Se possibile, sono stata ancora meglio. Ambiente piacevole, pulito e rilassante. Spa adeguata agli standard, personale disponibile; la signora che mi ha fatto un massaggi è stata garbata e bravissima. Unica cosa da segnalare: bisognerebbe che ogni tanto il personale desse un’occhiata alla piscina interna dove ho trovato bambini chiassosi che giocavano a palla (evidentemente con il benestare dei genitori…)

Bella camera spaziosa e pulitissima, sono stata con mio marito e la mia cagnolina. Eravamo con la portafinestra che da sul bellissimo giardino. Comoda anche per far uscire il cane al bisogno. Personale gentilissimo e attento. Abbiamo consumato i pasti, avendo il cane, nella sala TV, ma non ci siamo sentiti emarginati, anzi, tutti i camerieri hanno avuto un occhio di riguardo per noi. Il menù sempre diverso ogni giorno, con 2 antipasti, 3 o 4 primi piatti, tra cui uno di pesce e uno vegetariano. Idem per i secondi e i dolci. Degni di un 4 stelle. Complimenti allo Chef! Idromassaggio e piscina molto gradevoli. Vicinissimo alla cabinovia alpe di Siusi. Bellissimo panorama. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Piacevole vacanza all'insegna del benessere, servizio super, cucina varia e prelibata, stanze e Spa confortevoli. Personale preparato e disponibile. A quattro minuti di auto dall'impianto di risalita Alpe di Siusi . Vacanza da ripetere sicuramente.

Schönes Zimmer, super freundliches Personal - ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt. Dazu spricht natürlich die Lage mit der Aussicht besonders für dieses Hotel. Für unseren Skiurlaub optimal, direkte Busanbindung zur Seiser Alm also auch das ein klarer Vorteil!
