For the golf enthusiast, you are eligible for resident rates at the 18 hole Poston Butte Championship Golf Course managed by Troon. The impressive 48,000 square foot Recreation Center offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor jogging/walking track, ballroom, bocce and pickle ball courts, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, and an abundance of clubs and activities to participate in. Plus, there is an onsite restaurant, and you’ll be close proximity to local conveniences such as a grocery store, banks, gas stations, and more. **Passes are available to use the Recreation Center for a one-time cost of $25.00 for two people (MINIMUM 30 DAY STAY REQUIRED TO USE THE AMENITIES PER COMMUNITY GUIDELINES). During the months of December through March, we would prefer a minimum 30 day stay. However, exceptions may be considered! Rates quoted are for 2 guests. If additional guests will be joining you, please check with owners before booking! Linens and towels provided.
